The Worksite Visits clause grants certain parties, such as clients or inspectors, the right to access and inspect the project site during the course of work. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which visits can occur, such as providing advance notice, complying with safety protocols, and restricting visits to reasonable hours. Its core function is to ensure transparency and oversight of the work being performed, allowing stakeholders to monitor progress, verify compliance, and address issues proactively.
Worksite Visits. 6.6.1 The evaluator shall visit the worksite during the time period established for evaluation. The evaluator may consult with the unit member concerning time periods to avoid scheduling visits during activities, such as testing, field trips, films, or guest lecturers. If the evaluator visits the unit member’s worksite during a test, field trip, film or guest lecture, the evaluation shall be rescheduled.
6.6.2 Such visits shall be no less than thirty (30) minutes or exceed one (1) hour unless extended by mutual agreement.
Worksite Visits. The Union President, Grievance Chairperson, and/or building representative (within his own area of responsibility) may, without loss of pay and from time to time in the exercise of good judgment, when such is deemed necessary for the execution of their duties, be permitted to contact employees at their job location to consult or otherwise advise and hear matters of concern relative to Union business.
Worksite Visits. The Employer recognizes the Union's wish to have an opportunity to meet with members to provide general information regarding the BCGEU. During the term of this agreement, the Employer agrees to consider requests for access to the local chairpersons, component chairpersons and members of the Provincial Executive to provide general information regarding the Union. In order to facilitate this the parties agree to the following:

A duly authorized Union representative shall be admitted to worksites, after notifying the Director of Organizational Development or designee, during normal working hours for the purpose of administering the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This right shall be exercised reasonably and shall not unreasonably disrupt the work of the employees.

6.6.3 Evaluation forms shall be completed at or after each visit. Any criterion marked “needs improvement” shall cite examples, and, where possible, make suggestions for improvement.
Worksite Visits. 12.1. Representatives designated by ULFA shall be provided with on-site access, accompanied by campus security personnel or other Board designated personnel during Job Action to verify that work is being carried out consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
12.2. The access rights hereby conferred are not to be utilized to harass officers of the Board or individual employees working at any sites.
12.3. ULFA may request information on the hours worked by employees performing Essential Services. The Board shall provide the information in writing within four (4) days of a request, and up to twice per pay period.
Worksite Visits a. GFT officials shall be permitted at the employee’s worksites to file grievances or to examine complaints relating to working conditions.
b. In the event the Administrator/Supervisor finds that the continued presence of a GFT official impedes the efficiency of government operations, the Administrator/Supervisor may terminate the visit. The Administrator’s/Supervisor’s finding shall be promptly reduced to writing and forwarded to the DPHSS Director and the GFT President.
