Contractor agrees to adhere to the Schedule approved by Owner or Owner’s Representative and attend and participate in scheduled progress and coordination meetings called by Owner or Owner’s Representative. Such Schedule shall not be amended or revised without Owner's or Owner’s Representative’s approval.

Xxxxxxxxxx of Work. The CONTRACTOR shall accomplish all normal landscape maintenance required under this agreement between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday. Exceptions may be made to normal working hours and days, where incidence of use may be too great during the hours and days specified to allow for proper maintenance. The DISTRICT Maintenance Supervisor will approve final schedules which will have to accommodate sports team practice, game schedules, and school activities. The CONTRACTOR, during school hours, shall conduct or cause to have work conducted at all times in a manner that will not unreasonably interfere with pedestrian traffic on adjacent sidewalk or vehicular traffic on adjacent streets. Motorized trimming or landscaping that causes excess noise cannot be done while students are in class. In addition, a special notification listing exact start date for fertilization, aeration, renovation, and other infrequent operations shall be furnished to the DISTRICT at least ten (10) working days in advance of performing these operations.
Xxxxxxxxxx of Work. 1. All work will be performed from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm unless prior approval has been obtained from the Project Manager.
Xxxxxxxxxx of Work. ‌ The Contractor shall establish an annual schedule of work (Work Schedule) to be followed in the performance of this Contract. In addition, the Contractor shall provide the Technical Representative (as defined in Exhibit B, Paragraph G of this Contract) with a list(s) of exact start dates for fertilization, renovation and other infrequent operations at each of the Contract Sites at least ten working days in advance of performing any of these operations. Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall accomplish all normal landscape maintenance required under this Contract between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays (normal working hours). If a specific task falls on a holiday, Contractor must complete the task on the following business day, or on an acceptable alternate date as authorized by the Technical Representative in writing. The Technical Representative may grant, on an individual basis, permission to perform contract maintenance at other hours where the public’s use of the Contract Sites is too great to allow for proper maintenance during normal working hours. Maintenance functions that generate excess noise, which would cause unreasonable annoyance to residents of the area, e.g., operations of power equipment, shall not commence before 8:00 a.m. The Work Schedule, provided by the Contractor, must be completed and submitted to the Technical Representative prior to the commencement of work on this Contract. Any changes in scheduling shall be reported, in writing, to the Technical Representative immediately. This Work Schedule shall include routine work as well as infrequent operations such as fertilization and pruning. The Contractor shall conduct the work at all times in a manner which will not unreasonably interfere with pedestrian traffic on adjacent sidewalks or vehicular traffic on adjacent streets. In performing periodic operations required in this Contract, the Contractor shall continue routine grounds maintenance services within all Contract Sites without interruption.
