Предмет Договора. In accordance with this Contract the Investment firm will render to the Client and the Client will pay for the investment, brokerage, custodial and other related services following the procedure set forth by the Terms and conditions.
Предмет Договора. 1.1. The Contractor hereunder undertakes to provide the patient with paid medical services, whereas the Customer undertakes to pay for such rendered services subject to the terms and conditions hereof as well as to assist in performance thereof.

Предмет Договора. 2.1. На условиях настоящего Договора Сублицензиар предоставляет Сублицензиату право использования Программного обеспечения на основе Неисключительной лицензии на Территории в пределах тех способов использования, которые предусмотрены разделом 3 настоящего Договора, а Сублицензиат обязуется выплатить Сублицензиару Вознаграждение в порядке, установленном настоящим Договором.
2.2. Наименование Программного обеспечения, право использования которого предоставляется Сублицензиату, Срок подписки или Предоплаченный период указываются в Подтверждении подписки или Лицензионном сертификате, направляемом Сублицензиату.
2.3. Сублицензиар и Правообладатель сохраняют за собой все интеллектуальные права на Программное обеспечение в течение срока действия настоящего Договора, включая право самостоятельного использования Программного обеспечения, а также возможность предоставлять право использования Программного обеспечения другим лицам.
2.4. Настоящий Договор не является и не должен толковаться или трактоваться как соглашение между Сублицензиаром и Сублицензиатом о продаже и/или ином отчуждении Программного обеспечения, экземпляров Программного обеспечения и/или материальных носителей, на которых предоставляется Программное обеспечение.
Предмет Договора. The Licensor warrants that he has all requisite capacity, power and authority to enter into this Agreement.

Предмет Договора. The parties will agree (on all the above) before each event/group and approve in Annexes to the Contract, which are integral part of the present Contract. The Contract must be signed by both parties before the commencement of the event.
Предмет Договора. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the specific terms of Attachments A and D, AspenTech grants to Licensee and Licensee accepts a license to use the Software during the License Term specified herein.
