Assessment of capacityFor the purpose of establishing the percentage of the rate to be paid to an employee under this Agreement, the productive capacity of the employee will be assessed in accordance with the Supported Wage System and documented in an assessment instrument by either: (a) the employer and the union in consultation with the employee or, if desired by any of these; or (b) the employer and an accredited Assessor from a panel agreed by the parties to the Agreement and the employee.

Assessment of capacity. A. The Contractor shall implement mechanisms to assess the capacity of service delivery for its beneficiaries. This includes monitoring the number, type, and geographic distribution of mental health services within the Contractor’s delivery system. B. The Contractor shall implement mechanisms to assess the accessibility of services within its service delivery area. This shall include the assessment of responsiveness of the Contractor’s 24-hour toll-free telephone number, timeliness of scheduling routine appointments, timeliness of services for urgent conditions, and access to after-hours care.
