Casual Team Member definition

Casual Team Member means a team member engaged on an hourly basis.
Casual Team Member means a person engaged on an hourly basis, when required, and who is paid an additional 20% (or a different casual loading in accordance with Clause 7) loading in lieu of entitlements to all forms of leave other than Long Service Leave where applicable as provided for in the relevant legislation.
Casual Team Member is one who: (i) works on a call in basis and is not regularly scheduled; or (ii) relieves for absences the duration of which is three (3) months or less; or (iii) is regularly scheduled for a period of three (3) months or less for a specific job.

Casual Team Member means a team member engaged on an hourly basis to perform the duties prescribed for a Store Team Member, Administrative Assistant, Tradesperson or any other classification within this Agreement.

Casual Team Member has the meaning given by section 15A of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (“the Act”).
