Examples of Delinquent Syndication Party in a sentence

  • For the purposes of calculating interest owed by a Delinquent Syndication Party, payments received on other than a Banking Day shall be deemed to have been received on the next Banking Day, and payments received after 2:00 P.M. (Central time) shall be deemed to have been received on the next Banking Day.
