Design Development Drawings definition

Design Development Drawings means those plans and drawings to be submitted to Agency for its approval, pursuant to the Design Review Process.

Design Development Drawings means drawings that are a consistent development of the Schematic Drawings and further define and describe all important aspects of the Project. The Design Development Drawings will serve as the basis for the Construction Drawings.

Design Development Drawings means plans and specifications Customarily associated with the “design development level” of the Design Development Process. Design Development Drawings shall be prepared by a licensed architect or engineer, and shall include, but not be limited to, preliminary grading and drainage plans, soil tests, utilities, sewer and service connections, locations of ingress and egress to and from public thoroughfares, curbs, gutters, parkways, street lighting, designs and locations for outdoor signs, storage areas, and landscaping. The Design Development Drawings shall be based upon the Scope of Development, and shall enable Agency to make an informed judgment about the design and quality of construction. They shall also include delineation of landscape and architectural features, floor plans, sections and elevations, site treatment, proposed building materials and proposed colors, and other features. The Design Development Drawings shall describe all major design features, as well as the size, character and quality of the Project as to architectural and structural systems. Key details of the Project will be provided and samples of key materials to be used in public visible areas shall accompany the drawings. With the Design Development Drawings, Redeveloper shall deliver to Agency the certificate of the person who prepared the plans and specifications certifying that Agency has fully paid for them or waiving payment and waiving any right to a lien for preparing them and permitting Agency to use the Design Development Drawings without payment for purposes relevant to and consistent with this DDA. "Final Interior Design Documents" are those Final Construction Plans relating to the interior design of the Initial Improvements.
