Equivalent Services Data means data derived from an analysis of the Comparable Services provided by the Comparison Group that has been adjusted in accordance with the following factors: (i) the contractual and business environment under which the Services are being provided (including the scope, scale, complexity and geographical spread of the Services); (ii) any front-end investment and development costs of the Contractor; (iii) the Contractor’s risk profile including the financial (including foreign exchange allocation and relevant rates), performance or liability risks associated with the provision of the Services as a whole; (iv) the extent of the Contractor’s management and contract governance responsibilities; (v) the provision of Comparable Services by the Comparison Group for at least twenty-four (24) months; (vi) the compensation and experience of tenured professionals (commensurate with those engaged under this Agreement) providing Services to Client on behalf of the Contractor; and (vii) any other factors reasonably identified by the Contractor, which, if not taken into consideration, could unfairly cause the Contractor’s pricing to appear non-competitive

Related to Equivalent Services Data

  • Equivalent Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 6.3;

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.

  • Cash Management Services means any cash management or related services including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) and other cash management arrangements.

  • Settlement Service as defined in Subsection 11.6(b).

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Current service means the number of years and months of employment as an

  • IT Services means any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Group’s data processing or other technology requirements, including software development, support or maintenance, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services, facilities management or hardware maintenance; and

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
