More Definitions of Framework Travel Plan
Framework Travel Plan means the framework travel plan submitted to the District Council as part of the Application;

Framework Travel Plan. The framework travel plan agreed by the County Council annexed at Appendix D “Highways Contribution” A financial contribution of One Hundred and Sixty Four Thousand and Seventy Three Pounds (£164,073) Index Linked to be used for improvements to the existing the highway network and sustainable travel as follows: A contribution of Ninety-Five Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety-Five Pounds (£95,495) to support bus services and associated infrastructure in the vicinity of the Property; and A contribution of Sixty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Seventy-Eight Pounds (£68,578) towards improvements to school routes at Gosport Road and the junction of Bells Lane, Stubbington Lane and Xxxx Road “Highway Works Agreement” Any agreement or agreements for the On Site Highway Works and if appropriate a separate agreement for the Off Site Highway Works to be entered into by the Owner and the County Council pursuant to (inter alia) section 278 and/or section 38 of the Highways Act 1980 in a form to be agreed by the County Council to provide for the execution of the On Site Highway Works and/or the Off Site Highway Works as appropriate by the Owner at the Owner’s expense. “Highway Works Completion Standard” Completion of the On Site Highway Works or Off Site Highway Works as appropriate to the reasonable satisfaction of the County Council as evidenced by the issue of a certificate of completion for the On Site Highway Works or Off Site Highway Works performed under an agreement pursuant to section 278 Highways Act 1980 or the issue of a part 2 certificate for On Site Highway Works or Off Site Highway Works performed under an agreement pursuant to section 38 Highways Act 1980.

Framework Travel Plan means a framework plan setting out a package of measures for the occupiers of the Residential Units and staff and visitors to the Cinema with the aim to reduce reliance on the private car and to promote alternative modes of transport including the use of public transport cycling and walking submitted by the Owner to the Council as part of the Planning Application “GLA” means the Greater London Authority or any successor body for the time being having or being entitled to exercise the powers now conferred on it by the Greater London Authority Act 1999 "Handed Over" means that a legally binding agreement has been entered into with the Cinema operator to occupy the Cinema and the Owner has complied with its obligations pursuant to that agreement to enable the Cinema operator to take control of the Cinema “Highway Works” means the following works to the public highway and adjoining land in the area shown hatched in yellow on Plan 2 which are reasonably required to accommodate the Development including its servicing requirements: (i) upgrading footway on Earl’s Court Road between Pembroke Place and Kensington High Street; (ii) extension to the pedestrian island on Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx to ensure vehicular access operates left in and left out; (iii) improvements and landscaping to the footway on Kensington High Street adjacent to the Land; (iv) upgrading and altering the footways and carriageway on Pembroke Place; and (v) replacement of existing Sheffield bicycle stands. “Highway Works Contribution” means £380,000 (three hundred and eighty thousand pounds) Index Linked for the purpose of carrying out the Highway Works “Implemented” means the carrying out of any act pursuant to the Planning Permission which constitutes a material operation within the meaning of Section 56 of the Act and material operations shall be construed as being carried out at the earliest date on which any material operation is begun except that ground investigation, site survey work, site clearance, site reclamation and remediation works, construction of boundary fencing or hoardings, archaeological investigation, installation of utility services to serve the Land, construction of temporary access and service road(s) and demolition shall not be regarded as a material operation and “Implement”, “Implementation” and “Implementation Date” shall be construed accordingly
