Guest Cottage definition

Guest Cottage means an accessory detached dwelling unit built on a full and continuous foundation on the same lot as the principal use of a guest house or single family dwelling, and is used for commercial tourist accommodation;
Guest Cottage means an Accessory Building consisting of one or more rooms with sleeping accommodation and which may contain sanitary facilities, but which does not contain cooking or eating facilities and which is not intended to comprise a self-contained unit, but is intended to provide overflow accommodation for the Principal Building located on the Site;
