Indigenous Peoples Development Framework definition

Indigenous Peoples Development Framework means the Borrower’s strategy to benefit the ethnic groups and afro-antillan populations, under the Project;

Indigenous Peoples Development Framework means Ecuador’s indigenous peoples development framework for the Project, dated August 15, 2002, that contains the principles and guidelines for the preparation of local development plans for indigenous peoples living in the Selected Protected Areas (as hereinafter defined);

Indigenous Peoples Development Framework means the section of the Operational Manual which contains the principles, criteria and procedures that shall apply to the preparation and carrying out of any Subproject under Part B.2 of the Project;

More Definitions of Indigenous Peoples Development Framework

Indigenous Peoples Development Framework means the framework dated June 13, 2003, adopted by the Borrower and referred to in paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, which sets forth policies and procedures for full consultation with and informed participation of ethnic minorities within the Project area, as said framework may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association.

Indigenous Peoples Development Framework means the document dated October 9, 1997 and updated on September 22, 2006, published and available to the public on the

Indigenous Peoples Development Framework means the preliminary framework adopted by the Recipient on September 21, 2007, for the informed participation of the Indigenous Peoples, defining perspectives for Indigenous People in order to protect them from any negative impact of the Project and to ensure that their members are granted equal opportunities under the Project.
