Inoculations. The employer agrees to pay all expenses for inoculation or immunization shots for the employee and for members of an employee’s family when such becomes necessary as a result of said employee’s exposure to contagious diseases where said employee has been exposed to said disease in the line of duty.
Inoculations. Employees who in the course of their regular duties are exposed to raw sewage will receive inoculations as medically necessary at CITY expense. Those employees who in the course of their regular duties may be exposed to sewage contaminated water will be offered inoculations as medically appropriate at CITY expense.

Inoculations. The Board agrees to offer influenza inoculations to unit members for a fee equal to the actual cost to the Board. In the event the Board may require other preventive medical inoculations, the same will be offered at no expense to the unit members. Any unit member accepting the aforesaid treatment does so without any liability to the Board.
Inoculations. The City agrees to pay inoculation or immunization for the Employee, and members of the Employee's family who reside with the Employee, when such becomes necessary as a direct result of the Employee's exposure to dangerous, contagious diseases in the line of duty.
Inoculations. 1. The Board shall provide on site free-of-charge Hepatitis B inoculations to any bargaining unit member who so desires such inoculation.
Inoculations. The City shall provide, at City expense, a Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) Inoculation Series to any employee wishing to be inoculated. The City shall offer such inoculation to every new employee. Additionally, the City shall provide a verification test of successful inoculation to any employee that received the inoculation series, and any additional inoculations necessary. The City shall also provide TB tests to any employee wishing to be tested. The City will also provide and offer an annual flu vaccination to every bargaining unit member. The City may provide, at its expense, such further prophylactic inoculations as the City determines to be necessary or appropriate.
Inoculations. The County Agrees to provide inoculation for Hepatitis B and other contagious diseases as may be job appropriate as determined by the County Health Officer.
Inoculations. The Practice will administer flu vaccines at your request at no additional charge. The Physician may from time to time, due to emergency situations, like medical emergencies and natural disasters, not be available at the times referred to above, and you acknowledge such possibilities.
Inoculations. The City shall pay for all inoculations required by the State of California, or other governmental entity, and any other recommended inoculations for all appropriate classifications.
