Radio Licence definition

Radio Licence means a licence issued by the BOCRA to the Licensee under which the Licensee is assigned and authorised to use particular bands of radio frequency spectrum under Section 45 of the Act;
Radio Licence means a licence issued pursuant to section 9 of this Act;
Radio Licence means a licence granted or deemed to have been granted to the Licensee by the Authority in terms of section 30 of the Act;

Radio Licence means any site specific radio l icence specified in the Quotation or otherwise supplied to or arranged for the Hirer by equip as part of the Equipment;
