Required Hours definition

Required Hours means the minimum hours per week that a Participant must work in their Business, as agreed to by their Provider and as identified in their Business Plan.

Examples of Required Hours in a sentence

  • Minimum Required Hours - The number of hours per week/month during which a participant must be engaged in approved work activity.

  • If on any occasion Tenant is not open and conducting business during the Minimum Required Hours (subject to Permitted Closures), Tenant shall provide Landlord with written notice of such closure, which notice shall explain the reason for such closure, within one (1) business day following the date on which such closure occurred.

More Definitions of Required Hours

Required Hours. Required Hours herein shall mean those hours established from time to time by Landlord for the Shopping Center in general, in Landlord's sole discretion; provided, Landlord shall not require that Tenant open for business before 9:00 a.m. or remain open after 10:00 p.m., except; (i) for holiday, seasonal or other special sales or promotions, or (ii) when at least one Department Store or a majority of the tenants at the Shopping Center will be open. If Tenant desires to operate the Premises during additional hours beyond those required by Landlord hereunder, Tenant shall first obtain Landlord's written approval (which may be withheld in Landlord's sole discretion), and Tenant shall pay all additional costs and expenses and Landlord's reasonable charges in connection therewith, including, without limitation, any additional utilities, security services, cleaning and trash removal. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Landlord reserves the right to close the Shopping Center on holidays or certain hours of holidays, including without limitation, New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas;

Required Hours. LIBS 4910 requires varying amounts of time depending upon the number of units earned. Students average 6 to 8 hours per week for the semester with a total of 10-12 hours per week with a total of 145 hours for 3 units of credit; and/or 12-16 hours per week for a semester with a total of 192 hours for 4 units of credit.   • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • Ordinary Hours means 38 hours per week within the spread of hours which may be averaged over a 12 month period.

  • Clock hours means the actual number of hours or time a participant spends attending the instructional portion of a training designed to develop or enhance early care and education or school–age care competencies.

  • Required Date means the date given a Registered Entity in a notice from the Compliance Enforcement Authority by which some action by the Registered Entity is required.

  • Man Hours means the hours spent by the Supplier Personnel properly working on the provision of the Goods and/or Services including time spent travelling (other than to and from the Supplier's offices, or to and from the Sites) but excluding lunch breaks;

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.

  • Regular Hours means the hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday, excluding the following holidays: Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

  • permitted hours means the periods specified for each parking place during which waiting by vehicles of a specific class is permitted as specified on the Plans;

  • Hours means clock hours.

  • On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.

  • 24 hours means a period of 24 hours including all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in both the place where the relevant meeting is to be held and in each of the places where the Paying Agents have their specified offices (disregarding for this purpose the day upon which such meeting is to be held) and such period shall be extended by one period or, to the extent necessary, more periods of 24 hours until there is included as aforesaid all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in all of the places as aforesaid; and

  • Business Days and Hours means Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time, except for holidays observed by the state of Washington.

  • Independent Engineer means XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx or any other third party engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

  • Emergency means natural calamities, disasters, accidents, war and breakdown of operational equipment, plant, machinery or engineering infrastructures, which may give rise to abnormal situation requiring prompt and immediate action to limit or avoid damage to person(s), property or the environment;

  • office hours means the period beginning at 10:00 a.m. of a day and ending at 4:30 p.m. of the same day.

  • Operational Hours for the Facility means the total across all Generating Units of the number of hours each of the Facility’s Generating Units are potentially capable of producing power at its Nameplate Capacity Rating regardless of actual weather, season and time of day or night, without any mechanical operating constraint or restriction, and potentially capable of delivering such power to the Point of Delivery in a Contract Year. During up to, but not more than, 200 hours of Planned Maintenance during a Contract Year for each Generation Unit and hours during which an event of Force Majeure exists, a Generation Unit shall be considered potentially capable of delivering such power to the Point of Delivery. For example, in the absence of any Planned Maintenance beyond 200 hours on any Generation Unit of Event of Force Majeure, the Operational Hours for a wind farm with five separate two MW turbines would be 43,800 for a Contract Year.

  • Peak-Hour Dispatch means, for purposes of calculating the Energy and Ancillary Services Revenue Offset under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5, an assumption, as more fully set forth in the PJM Manuals, that the Reference Resource is committed in the Day-Ahead Energy Market in four distinct blocks of four hours of continuous output for each block from the peak-hour period beginning with the hour ending 0800 EPT through to the hour ending 2300 EPT for any day when the average day-ahead LMP for the area for which the Net Cost of New Entry is being determined is greater than, or equal to, the cost to generate (including the cost for a complete start and shutdown cycle) for at least two hours during each four-hour block, where such blocks shall be assumed to be committed independently; provided that, if there are not at least two economic hours in any given four-hour block, then the Reference Resource shall be assumed not to be committed for such block; and to the extent not committed in any such block in the Day- Ahead Energy Market under the above conditions based on Day-Ahead LMPs, is dispatched in the Real-Time Energy Market for such block if the Real-Time LMP is greater than or equal to the cost to generate under the same conditions as described above for the Day-Ahead Energy Market. Peak Market Activity:

  • Clearance System Business Day means, with respect to the Clearance System, any day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the Clearance System is open for the acceptance and execution of settlement instructions.
