Severity Level 3 Incident definition

Severity Level 3 Incident means an Outage or non-availability of the telephony, voicemail, Instant Messaging services, which prevents not more than 25% of the Users at a Location from using such telephony, voicemail or Instant Messaging services.
Severity Level 3 Incident is neither a critical or major Incident in the System managed by Orange that causes an Outage or non-availability of one or more Application (Instant Messaging/Presence Conferencing, or Telephony), that affects less than 25% of the Users of the Application running on the Service at the affected Location:  For Telephony Application:  The site has lost less than 25% of the call completion function, i.e. calls not completing for less than 25% of users – either from single country or multiple countries (failing to fast busy, dead air, RVA).  Calls completing for more than one user either from single or multiple countries but for less than 25% of calls quality degraded to the point of being unusable (Echo, Static, Calls Dropped).  No voice service in or out of a single or multiple countries for less than 25% of users.  For Conferencing Applications:  The Location has lost less than 25% Audio/Video/Web Conference service.  For Instant Messaging / Presence Applications:  The Location has lost less than 25% of Instant Messaging / Presence.
Severity Level 3 Incident. The Incident Resolution Time shall be 15 business days from Incident Notification.

  • Unavailable means that a Severity Level 1 or a Severity Level 2 Incident or a Severity Level 3 Incident has been raised against the PCI Service.

  • Once a Severity Level 3 Incident is resolved, the Contractor will within 72 hours email an Incident Report to both the Agency and the DCS SDM.

Severity Level 3 Incident means one or more Services are operational and available to Company with functional limitations or restrictions that are not critical to Company’s operations or Company’s use of such Services, but nonetheless makes continued use of the Services by Company inconvenient and reduce the value and efficacy of the Services.
Severity Level 3 Incident is an Incident for which the Video Conferencing is available but non considered in Proper Video Operation Conditions. The default Managed Equipment must be covered by a 24x7 or a 8x5 Next Business Day (NBD) maintenance contract.

  • Critical incident means an occurrence or set of events inconsistent with the routine operation of the facility, or the routine care of a consumer. Critical incidents specifically include but are not necessarily limited to the following: adverse drug events; self-destructive behavior; deaths and injuries to consumers, staff and visitors; medication errors; consumers that are absent without leave (AWOL); neglect or abuse of a consumer; fire; unauthorized disclosure of information; damage to or theft of property belonging to a consumers or the facility; other unexpected occurrences; or events potentially subject to litigation. A critical incident may involve multiple individuals or results.

  • Maximum contaminant level goal or “MCLG” means the maximum level of a contaminant in drinking water at which no known or anticipated adverse effect on the health of persons would occur, and which allows an adequate margin of safety. MCLGs are nonenforceable health goals.

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

For the avoidance of doubt, any further decrease in the credit rating of the Issuer's senior unsecured long-term debt below BBB- in the case of S&P or, if applicable, below Baa3 in the case of Moody's or below BBB- in the case of Fitch and in respect of any other Substitute Rating Agency, an equivalent rating or below shall not constitute a further Step Up Rating Change.

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index (other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Index at the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
