Software Fees definition

Software Fees means costs associated (including applicable license fees) with procuring software, software maintenance, software upgrades and other software costs needed to provide uniform and consistent operation of the wireless systems within the Sprint PCS Network.
Software Fees means fees payable by Customer, or by a Reseller on behalf of Customer, to Trustwave, for any Software licensed to Customer under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Software Fees

Software Fees means any Fees for Software identified in the EPA.
