Water Permits definition

Water Permits has the meaning set forth in the definition of Water Assets.
Water Permits collectively, the DIIC Water Permits and the Valvino Water Permits.
Water Permits means all right, title and interest of the Sellers in and to all Permits, relating to the Water Systems.

Water Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(d).
Water Permits means any Consent under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Qld) (the "Water Act") or Australia Integrated Planning Act 1994 (Qld) required by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to take or use water or to construct works for the taking, use or inference with water or the construction of a dam in order to develop and operate their respective assets and conduct their respective businesses.
Water Permits. As defined in Section 1.1(b)(vi).
Water Permits means all permits and authorizations pending or presently issued by any Governmental Authority (or any renewals or replacements of any such permits and authorizations between the Effective Date and the Closing Date) related to water delivery, pumping, storage, use, reuse, treatment and disposal at the Property.
Water Permits means the E▇▇▇▇▇▇ Aquifer Authority Permits scheduled on Exhibit 1 to the Form of Water Deed attached hereto as Exhibit G, including all rights allowing for the possession, withdrawal, ownership or use of groundwater, which shall include all historic groundwater use rights relating to the permits and all interest and rights in the permits from which the scheduled permits were originally derived.
