General Terms. 3.1. These Terms and Conditions describe the main policies and practices followed by ZealiD and provided in the ZealiD ǪeID CP and CPS, and TSAPS, as well as Terms and Conditions TSA Service. 3.2. Pour les besoins de ces Termes & Conditions, ZealiD utilise le terme de « Ǫualifié » pour les certificats, les signatures et les horodatages qui répondent aux exigences techniques eIDAS et aux normes ETSI. 3.3. Ces Termes et Conditions régissent l’utilisation par l’abonné des certificats et constituent un contrat juridiquement contraignant entre l’abonné et ZealiD. Pour l’utilisation des TSA, les Termes et Conditions du Service TSA font partie intégrante du contrat liant l’abonné à ZealiD. 3.4. L’abonné doit connaître et accepter ces Termes et Conditions. 3.5. En cas de divergences ou de contradictions entre le texte anglais et le texte de ces Termes et Conditions dans n’importe quelle autre langue, c’est la version en anglais du texte qui prévaudra. 3.6. ZealiD a le droit de modifier ces Termes et Conditions à tout moment, pour peu que ZealiD ait le besoin justifié de procéder à de telles modifications.
