2.2 Il Portale Installatori TCS è fornito per l’utilizzo da parte di aziende di installazione di allarmi per erogare servizi ai propri clienti. Lei ha la possibilità di utilizzarlo solo se ha in atto un’attività professionale di installazione di allarmi.
2.3 I presenti Termini regolano i servizi che Le forniamo tramite il Portale Installatori TCS (nella loro interezza, i Servizi), che includeranno:
2.3.1 funzionalità che consentono di configurare, gestire e conservare i CIE dei clienti;
2.3.2 funzionalità che consente di eseguire diagnosi e controlli dell'integrità, nonché ottenere rapporti su determinate funzioni dei CIE dei clienti;
2.3.3 servizi 4G per dispositivi 4G SmartCom, se ricevuti in conformità alla sezione 6;
2.3.4 funzionalità che consente di collegare il Texecom Connect del Cliente alla Sua centrale di allarme, come illustrato nella sezione 8; e
2.3.5 qualsiasi documentazione, informazione (incluso il Contenuto del portale), assistenza e servizi di supporto che possiamo fornire relativamente all'utilizzo da parte Sua del Portale Installatori TCS.

Nextlane può procedere all'aggiornamento dei Termini e condizioni, nonché dei Termini URL, incluso l'elenco dei Software di terze parti compatibili, a condizione che tali aggiornamenti non comportino un impatto negativo sostanziale sui diritti del Cliente. I nuovi Termini saranno pubblicati sul sito web di Nextlane e/o comunicati elettronicamente al Contatto per le comunicazioni del Cliente, insieme xxxx xxxx data di entrata in vigore. Qualora si ritenga che le modifiche apportate abbiano un impatto negativo sostanziale sui diritti del Cliente, è possibile inviare una Comunicazione di contestazione per rifiutare la modifica. Qualora le Parti non pervengano a un accordo entro due (2) mesi dal ricevimento della Comunicazione da parte del Contatto per le comunicazioni di Nextlane, è consentito al Cliente risolvere il Contratto ai sensi della sezione 10.2 (Risoluzione straordinaria da parte del Cliente). Qualora il Cliente non inoltri una Comunicazione di contestazione a Nextlane entro il termine di preavviso di due (2) mesi, i termini aggiornati si considereranno accettati da parte del Cliente, il xxxxx rinuncerà al diritto di contestare la modifica e/o di risolvere il Contratto.
