2015 Wages. Effective January 01, 2015 the monthly rates of pay which were effective as of December 31, 2015, shall be increased by 1.98% which is ninety percent (90%) of the percentage increase in the Seattle-Tacoma-Bremerton Area Consumer Price Index annual change from June 2013 to June 2014. The Index used shall be the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W), all Items, as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
