Site Visitation Clause Samples

Site Visitation. The evaluatee shall receive notification of any site visitation no later than the week before the week in which the visitation will occur. Site visitations for classroom teaching faculty shall be no less than fifty minutes in length whenever possible but may be longer if the class or lab session observed is longer.

Site Visitation. 17.01 An authorized representative of the Union, after arranging permission through the Commissioner of People, Information and Technology or his/her designate, may visit the Employer's premises and in special circumstances the job sites, for the purpose of discussing or investigating any matter covered by this Agreement, it being understood there will be no interruption of work caused by such visitation. The authorized representative of the Union shall contact the Area Supervisor as designated by the Commissioner of People, Information and Technology or his/her designate before pursuing such visitation.

Site Visitation. Representatives of Association shall be permitted to observe, but not to interfere with employees during the normal work day in which they are performing their duties in the classroom or in the operation of the District. Official representatives of the Association shall report to the school office before visiting an employee at a school site or District facility.

Site Visitation. Proposers shall inform themselves of the conditions under which work is to be performed, including: site of work, the structures or obstacles which may be encountered and all other relevant matters concerning work performance. The Proposer will not be allowed any extra compensation by or for any condition which he/she might fully have informed themselves of prior to submitting the offer. Proposers are not allowed to visit the sites with the exception of a Pre-Proposal Meeting or upon written approval by the City/County Purchasing Department.

Site Visitation. Prebid meetings/site reviews are not scheduled; however, vendors are encouraged to visit sites and familiarize themselves with the facilities and the equipment. Unauthorized site visitations are not permitted.

Site Visitation. When specified, the Designer must visit the various sites based on the task assignments to verify existing conditions and as-built drawings provided by the FAA and to become familiar with the site plot and surrounding environment.

Site Visitation. District Board and staff members may visit the PBCCS site or any site which PBCCS is performing Place Based Education or Service Learning activities at any time during operating hours in a way that does not interfere with instruction. Pursuant to state law (currently ORS 338.095(1)), the District or its designee will visit at least annually the PBCCS site and review the public charter school’s compliance with the terms and charter provisions (Exhibit K-Site Evaluation). Other visits will take place after reasonable notice given PBCCS, in a similar manner as District officials visit District schools.

Site Visitation. Prior to bidding, it is each Vendor's responsibility to become thoroughly familiar with the site of the intended installation, to determine everything necessary to accomplish the service. Failure of the Vendor to make a site visit does not relieve the Vendor of responsibility to fully understand what is necessary to accomplish a successful and complete service.

Site Visitation. Upon presentation of appropriate clearance, TIBO representatives shall have the right to enter onto all City College sites at NTTC Pensacola to discuss TIBO business with District employees. Conferences or meetings with groups or individual unit members, should they become necessary or desirable, shall be scheduled so as not to interfere with classes or disrupt normal training functions, including the performance of any employee's regular duties.
