A Eligibility. The Hospital will offer nurses covered by this Agreement the opportunity to participate in the Samaritan Health Services 401(a) and 403(b) Plans offered to the majority of Hospital employees not covered by this Agreement in accordance with the plans' respective eligibility and other terms. For each eligible nurse who is participating in the 401(a) Plan, the Hospital will contribute to the Plan an amount equal to four percent (4%) of the nurse's base compensation plus four percent (4%) over the taxable wage base in accordance with the Plan's terms. For each eligible nurse hired on or before July 2, 2014, who is participating in the 403(b) Plan, the Hospital will match contributions by the nurse to the Plan, up to a maximum amount equal to three percent (3%) of the nurse's base compensation in accordance with the Plan's terms.
A Eligibility. Members eligible to be covered under this Agreement shall be as specified in this Agreement, the Evidence of Coverage and Vendor Policies.
A Eligibility. Xxxxxxx/Emeritus Status is granted at the time of separation from the College, whether by retirement or resignation, to those bargaining unit members of any academic rank who have been employed as Full Time faculty at SFCC for a minimum of fifteen (15) years and who are eligible for retirement benefits under the provisions of the New Mexico Educational Retirement Act.
A Eligibility. 60 61 (1) Part-time faculty will be eligible to be placed on the PAL after they have completed six 62 (6) semesters (Fall/Spring) of service within a four-year (4) period within a specific 63 discipline, and whose if their most recent evaluation has been satisfactory within those 64 four (4) years six semesters at a particular College. , will become eligible to be placed 65 on the PAL in that discipline. 66
A Eligibility. 1. The recipient employee, recipient employee's family, or other person designated in writing by the recipient employee must submit a request to the Human Resource Services Department.
A Eligibility. All employees, except intermittent employees, emergency employees, and temporary employees shall be eligible employees for the purposes of this Article. However, intermittent employees shall accrue vacation leave after completion of sixty-seven (67) working days in any twelve (12) month period. Connect 700 program employees shall be considered eligible during their on-the-job demonstration process for the purposes of this Article. Hours of vacation leave used by the Connect 700 Program employee during their on- the-job demonstration process shall not be counted toward the seven hundred (700) hours. Additionally, eligible employees appointed to emergency or temporary status from a layoff status shall continue to be eligible to accrue vacation leave.
A Eligibility. 2. In general terms, effective upon ratification of the amendments to the collective agreement that expired on December 31, 2005, all employees who, as at May 31, 2007, have reached at least fifty (50) years of age and have attained ten (10) or more years of service will be eligible to participate in the Early Retirement Incentive Plan (ERIP).
