Absences Because of Jury Duty Service. In the event an employee is called to serve on a jury, the District will supplement the difference between jury fees and the employee’s daily rate of pay for each day of absence. Such difference shall be paid by the District to the employee only for the period of jury duty. Upon return from jury obligation, the employee will be made whole in all respects. No deductions will be taken from Paid Absence Leave.
