Acceptable Use of the Service. Your usage of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, available at xxxxx://xxx.Xxxxxx.xxx/legal, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein.
Acceptable Use of the Service o 2.1 You must not use the Service to access internet services, or send or receive e-mails, which:
2.1.1 are defamatory, threatening, intimidating or which could be classed as harassment;
2.1.2 contain obscene, profane or abusive language or material;
2.1.3 contain pornographic material (that is text, pictures, films, video clips of a sexually explicit or arousing nature);
2.1.4 contain offensive or derogatory images regarding sex, race, religion, colour, origin, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition or sexual orientation;
2.1.5 contain material which infringe third party’s rights (including intellectual property rights);
2.1.6 in our reasonable opinion may adversely affect the manner in which we carry out our work;
2.1.7 are bulk and/or commercial messages;
2.1.8 contain forged or misrepresented message headers, whether in whole or in part, to mask the originator of the message;
2.1.9 are activities that invade another’s privacy; or
2.1.10 are otherwise unlawful or inappropriate;
o 2.2 Music, video, pictures, text and other content on the internet are copyright works and you should not download, alter, e-mail or otherwise use such content unless certain that the owner of such works has authorised its use by you.
o 2.3 You must not use the service to access illegally or without authorization computers, accounts, equipment or networks belonging to another party, or attempting to penetrate security measures of another system. This includes any activity that may be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration, including, but not limited to, port scans, stealth scans, or other information gathering activity.
o 2.4 You must not use the service to distribute Internet Viruses, Trojan Horses, or other destructive software.
o 2.5 The Service is intended for the Bank customer use only. Access to this Service must not be used for commercial activity.
o 2.6 We may terminate or temporarily suspend the Service if we reasonably believe that you are in breach of any provisions of this agreement including but not limited to clauses 2.1 to 2.5 above.
o 2.7 We recommend that you do not use the service to transmit or receive any confidential information or data and should you choose to do so you do so at your own risk.
Acceptable Use of the Service. Subscriber shall not use or to allow others to use the Service for illegal or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to: invading another person’s privacy; unlawfully using, possessing, posting, transmitting or disseminating obscene, profane or pornographic material; posting, transmitting, distributing or disseminating content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, slanderous, defamatory or otherwise offensive or objectionable. OzarksGo has no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, value or usefulness of any content, advice or opinions contained in any emails, third party web sites, message boards, chat rooms, social networks or online services. The internet may contain material that is unsuitable for minors, and Subscriber agrees to supervise and to accept sole responsibility and liability for any use of the Service by minors through Subscriber’s account. Subscriber shall comply with OzarksGo’s AUP, which OzarksGo may modify at any time. The current AUP is available for review at the following address, subject to change: xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/XXX. OzarksGo may take any legal and technical remedies to enforce or prevent the violation of the AUP.
Acceptable Use of the Service. Your access to the Service is conditioned on legal and appropriate use of the Service. This SAUPA and Your access to and/or use of the Service is subject to all applicable laws, statutes, constitutional provisions, ordinances, rules, regulations, charters, standards, directives, policies, codes, and orders of all federal, state and local governmental entities, agencies, councils, boards, commissions and other authorities, now in effect or hereafter promulgated, and all judicial interpretations of the foregoing. Your use of the Service and any activities conducted online through the Service shall not violate any applicable law, rule or regulation, nor the rights of WebQA, or its officers, employees, representatives, agents, partners or any third party.
Acceptable Use of the Service. You agree not to use or attempt to use the Services (a) to engage in any illegal purpose or activity or to violate any applicable law, rule or regulation, (b) to breach any contract or agreement by which you are bound, (c) to engage in any Internet or online gambling transaction, whether or not gambling is legal in any applicable jurisdiction, (d) to engage in any activity or business that would result in you being or becoming a “money service business” as defined in the Bank Secrecy Act and its implementing regulations, or (e) to engage in any transaction or activity that is not specifically authorized and permitted by this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that the Bank may monitor your use of the Services for transactions and activity that is impermissible or prohibited under the terms of this Agreement. Locality Bank reserves the right to decline to execute any transaction or activity that Bank believes violates the terms of this Agreement. Federal laws prohibit US citizens and businesses from sending money, making payment, or conducting business with certain countries and entities believed to be terrorists, criminals, or enemies of the United States. You acknowledge and agree that you will not generate transactions that violate the laws or regulations of the United States. This includes, but is not limited to, sanction laws administrated by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (“OFAC”). It shall be your responsibility to obtain information regarding such OFAC enforced sanctions. (This information may be obtained directly from the OFAC Compliance Hotline at -540-OFAC or from the OFAC’s home page at www.ustreas.gxx/xxxx). Xxx xxxxx that the Bank is excused from the performance of any action to debit or credit an account or transfer funds otherwise required by this Agreement to the extent that such action is inconsistent with United States law, including the obligations of the Bank under OFAC or any program administered by the United States Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. The Bank is not liable for any damages or liability you may incur due to cancellation of any payment in accordance with federal law.
Acceptable Use of the Service. The Jericho Public Library supports the free flow of information and ideas over the Internet. Your access to the Service is conditioned on legal and appropriate use of the Service. Your use of the Service and any activities conducted online through the Service shall not violate any applicable law or regulation or the rights of the Jericho Public Library, or any third party. Sending of unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet using the Service or using the Service for activities that invade another's' privacy. Engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of others, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or any other proprietary right of any third party.
Acceptable Use of the Service. You agree to use the Service only for purposes as permitted by this Agreement and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practice in the applicable jurisdiction. If your use of the Service or other behavior intentionally or unintentionally threatens Xxxxxxx’x ability to provide the Service or other systems, Tennant will be entitled to take all reasonable steps to protect the Service and Xxxxxxx’x systems, which may include suspension of your access to the Service. Repeated violations of the limitations may result in termination of your Account. Service Termination. Tennant may at any time and without prior notice immediately terminate or suspend all or a portion of your access to the Service. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, cause for such termination or suspension will include: (a) violations of this Agreement or any other policies or guidelines that are referenced herein and/or posted on the Service; (b) a request by you to cancel, terminate, or suspend your access to the Service; (c) a request and/or order from law enforcement, a judicial body, or other government agency; (d) where provision of the Service to you is or may become unlawful; (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems; (f) your participation in fraudulent or illegal activities using or relating to the Service; or (g) failure to pay any fees owed by you to Tennant. Any such termination or suspension will be made by Tennant in its sole discretion and Tennant will not be responsible to you or any third party for any damages that may result or arise out of such termination or suspension of your access to the Service.
Acceptable Use of the Service. We provide Users with an amazing platform to discover content, and discuss and share that content with others. To keep the Service running smoothly for all of our Users, you agree that you will use the Service only in a manner consistent with the Acceptable Use Policy below.
Acceptable Use of the Service. You must comply with any rules and policies about use of the Service that we publish from time to time. These rules and policies will be available on the Service. Certain features, pages or content within the Service may contain supplemental terms of use, to which you must agree in order to use the relevant features, pages or content. You must not (a) use the Service in any way that would violate any law or the rights of any person; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) except as otherwise expressly permitted by this Agreement, harvest or otherwise collect information about others from the Service; (d) take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Service or its infrastructure, or bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to any portion of the Service (or other accounts, networks or services connected thereto); (e) use manual or automated software, devices, or other processes to “crawl”, “scrape” or “spider” any of the Service or otherwise to copy, obtain, propagate, distribute or misappropriate any information or other content from the Service, including any of Our Property; (f) distribute or otherwise make available any information or other content obtained through the Service to any third party, except as expressly permitted herein; (g) otherwise interfere in any manner with the use or operation of the Service; (h) abuse the Service’s comments, ratings or review features or sections; or (i) use the Service in the development, directly or indirectly, of any product, software or service that offers any functionality substantially similar to, or competitive with, the Service.
Acceptable Use of the Service. You understand and agree that RTEC Communications has certain legal and ethical responsibilities with respect to its provision of Services to you. RTEC Communications prohibits any form of system abuse. You agree to abide at all times by the below-described policies of acceptable use. RTEC Communications may take such actions as it deems appropriate against you for violations of these policies, including, without limitation, removing any content that violates this Agreement, terminating this Agreement and your use of the Service, and/or cooperating with law enforcement officials by providing whatever information may be requested upon presentation by such officials of appropriate authorization from a court having jurisdiction over the subject matter or taking whatever action that RTEC Communications is authorized to take pursuant to state or federal law. However, there is no promise or obligation on RTEC Communications's part to monitor or police any such activity, and RTEC Communications will have no liability to any party for any other party's violation of these policies.
(A) You agree that you will be the only user of your username and password and that you will not transfer or disclose either your username or password to any other person.
(B) You agree not to transmit or publish on or over the Service any information, software or other content that: (1) violates or infringes upon the rights of others, or could assist others in violating or infringing upon the rights of others; or (2) could assist others in violating or breaking existing laws, rules, and regulations.
(C) You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with the Service and your use thereof, and to cooperate with RTEC Communications and/or law enforcement personnel when requested.
(D) You agree to abide by U.S. export control laws. You may not transfer, by electronic transmission or otherwise, any content or software that is restricted under those laws to a person, entity, or national destination prohibited thereby (currently, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan and Syria or national thereof) without first obtaining, and then complying with, any requisite government authorization. You further agree not to upload to RTEC Communications any data or software that cannot be exported without prior written government authorization and notification of RTEC Communications, including, but not limited to, certain types of encryption software.
