Acceptable Use of the Service. Subscriber shall not use or to allow others to use the Service for illegal or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to: invading another person’s privacy; unlawfully using, possessing, posting, transmitting or disseminating obscene, profane or pornographic material; posting, transmitting, distributing or disseminating content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, slanderous, defamatory or otherwise offensive or objectionable. OzarksGo has no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, value or usefulness of any content, advice or opinions contained in any emails, third party web sites, message boards, chat rooms, social networks or online services. The internet may contain material that is unsuitable for minors, and Subscriber agrees to supervise and to accept sole responsibility and liability for any use of the Service by minors through Subscriber’s account. Subscriber shall comply with OzarksGo’s AUP, which OzarksGo may modify at any time. The current AUP is available for review at the following address, subject to change: xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/XXX. OzarksGo may take any legal and technical remedies to enforce or prevent the violation of the AUP.

You acknowledge and agree that the Bank may monitor your use of the Services for transactions and activity that is impermissible or prohibited under the terms of this Agreement. Locality Bank reserves the right to decline to execute any transaction or activity that Bank believes violates the terms of this Agreement. Federal laws prohibit US citizens and businesses from sending money, making payment, or conducting business with certain countries and entities believed to be terrorists, criminals, or enemies of the United States. You acknowledge and agree that you will not generate transactions that violate the laws or regulations of the United States. This includes, but is not limited to, sanction laws administered by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (“OFAC”). It shall be your responsibility to obtain information regarding such OFAC enforced sanctions. (This information may be obtained directly from the OFAC Compliance Hotline at -540-OFAC or from the OFAC’s home page at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx). You agree that the Bank is excused from the performance of any action to debit or credit an account or transfer funds otherwise required by this Agreement to the extent that such action is inconsistent with United States law, including the obligations of the Bank under OFAC or any program administered by the United States Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. The Bank is not liable for any damages or liability you may incur due to cancellation of any payment in accordance with federal law.
Acceptable Use of the Service. You agree to use the Service only for purposes as permitted by this Agreement and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practice in the applicable jurisdiction. If your use of the Service or other behavior intentionally or unintentionally threatens Xxxxxxx’x ability to provide the Service or other systems, Tennant will be entitled to take all reasonable steps to protect the Service and Xxxxxxx’x systems, which may include suspension of your access to the Service. Repeated violations of the limitations may result in termination of your Account. You agree that you will not use the Service to: (a) upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to harm, interfere or limit the normal operation of the Service (or any part thereof), or any other computer software or hardware; (b) interfere with or disrupt, or attempt to interfere or disrupt, the Service or any servers or networks connected to the Service, or any policies, requirements, or regulations of networks connected to the Service (including any unauthorized access to, use, or monitoring of data or traffic thereon); or (c) plan or engage in any illegal activity. Service Termination. Tennant may at any time and without prior notice immediately terminate or suspend all or a portion of your access to the Service. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, cause for such termination or suspension will include: (a) violations of this Agreement or any other policies or guidelines that are referenced herein and/or posted on the Service; (b) a request by you to cancel, terminate, or suspend your access to the Service; (c) a request and/or order from law enforcement, a judicial body, or other government agency; (d) where provision of the Service to you is or may become unlawful; (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems; (f) your participation in fraudulent or illegal activities using or relating to the Service; or (g) failure to pay any fees owed by you to Tennant. Any such termination or suspension will be made by Tennant in its sole discretion and Tennant will not be responsible to you or any third party for any damages that may result or arise out of such termination or suspension of your access to the Service. Acceptable Use of the Service. You understand and agree that Ridgeville Telephone Company has certain legal and ethical responsibilities with respect to its provision of Services to you. Ridgeville Telephone Company prohibits any form of system abuse. You agree to abide at all times by the below-described policies of acceptable use. Ridgeville Telephone Company may take such actions as it deems appropriate against you for violations of these policies, including, without limitation, removing any content that violates this Agreement, terminating this Agreement and your use of the Service, and/or cooperating with law enforcement officials by providing whatever information may be requested upon presentation by such officials of appropriate authorization from a court having jurisdiction over the subject matter or taking whatever action that Ridgeville Telephone Company is authorized to take pursuant to state or federal law. However, there is no promise or obligation on Ridgeville Telephone Company's part to monitor or police any such activity, and Ridgeville Telephone Company will have no liability to any party for any other party's violation of these policies.
