Access to Board Information. The Board agrees to make available to the Association information requested (as current as possible) concerning transportation budgets, allocations, and future plans concerning budgets and any such public information as will assist the Association to process any grievance, complaint, or for negotiations.

Access to Board Information. The Board agrees to make available to the Association specific information concerning the financial resources of the district, tentative budgetary requirements and allocations, and any other information as will assist the Association to process any grievance or complaint. All requests for currently available information will be provided within ten (10) days of receipt of the request.
Access to Board Information. The BOARD agrees to furnish the FEDERATION, upon request, such data as it may possess at the time concerning the financial resources of the District, cost of programs, and any other information upon a subject which the BOARD is obligated to bargain on, together with any written information it may possess which is relevant and material to the processing of any grievance.

It is understood that the foregoing shall not be construed to require the BOARD to compile information or statistics not already compiled. Original records of the foregoing specified information are to be examined only at the office of the BOARD. If the ASSOCIATION requests copies of any such material, then the ASSOCIATION agrees to reimburse the BOARD for actual extra expense incurred in furnishing such copies.

Access to Board Information. The BOARD shall make available to the UNION, upon its reasonable requests, such statistics or financial information in the possession of the BOARD as are relevant for the negotiations of collective bargaining agreements succeeding this Agreement. It is understood that the foregoing shall not be construed require the BOARD to compile information or statistics not already compiled.

Access to Board Information. 43.1 The Board shall provide to the Union a copy of any agendas, minutes and support documents that are available to the public prior to all public Board meetings and public committee meetings. 43.2 The Board shall provide the Union with the following information: (a) by February 15 a scattergram showing the number of Teachers at each position on the salary grid effective January 31, (b) by October 31 a list of Teachers eligible for each predecessor Board retirement gratuity and RRSP as specified in Articles 12 and 13, (c) by October 31 the premium rates for each benefit plan by category and the total expenditures on benefits in the prior budget year, (d) by October 31 a copy of the master contract(s) of the benefit plans and any approved changes made during the previous budget year. (e) by November 15 a copy of the seniority list in accordance with Article 28, (f) within a reasonable length of time, after submission to the Ministry, the Board will provide to the Union President, or designate, year end financial statem ents, revised estimates, and budget documents. It is recognized that these documents may be subject to change pending Ministry approval. 43.3 The Board shall provide the Union with a list of Teachers covered by the Agreement, including their Full-Time Equivalency, addresses and telephone numbers subject to the Board receiving sufficient governmental authority for release of such information under the prevailing Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Legislation by October 31 of each school year. Updates of amendments shall be provided by March 31 of each school year or as otherwise requested. 43.4 The Board shall provide the Union with a list of all Teachers currently on a Leave of Absence of one (1) year or more, Secondment, LTD or who have recall rights, by October 31. The list shall include any entitlements the unplaced Teacher may have. 43.5 The Union shall indemnify and hold the Board harmless from any claims, suits, attachments and any form of liability as a result of providing to the Union the information stipulated by Articles 43.3 and 43.4
