Purpose of Services. CONTRACTOR, upon request of the City Manager, agrees to perform all of the graphic design services set forth in the Proposal, within the time required to issue quarterly issues of ANAHEIM MAGAZINE on schedule. This is a non-exclusive Agreement and ANAHEIM may obtain services from other design companies.
Purpose of Services. 4.1.1. The purpose of the Services is to store Your Health Information and to make it available to you and your Authorized Workforce for any legal purpose, including treatment, payment and health care operations and to facilitate the sharing of individuals' health information among users and other parties with whom you or your Authorized Workforce members elect to share such information.
4.1.2. The purpose may extend within the terms of the Agreement to make health information available to your patients through the Patient Portal. You may make Your Health Information accessible to other users of the Services, other individuals and entities, or to your patients through the Services for these purposes. You authorize us, as your business associate, to use and disclose Your Information as follows:
a) We will permit access to Your Health Information to you and your Authorized Workforce. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Your Health Information is consistent with the relevant legal restrictions.
b) We will permit access to Your Health Information to your patients to whom you have enabled to receive access through our Patient Portal.
c) We will permit access to Your Information by HCP’s, covered entities and their business associates to whom you have Consented to provide access to the Services and who have otherwise agreed to integrate with our systems. We will obtain your Consent before we make Your Health Information available to other providers, covered entities and their respective business associates. You acknowledge that once we have granted access rights to another provider or covered entity (or their respective business associates), we have no control over the uses and disclosures that such person or entity makes of Your Health Information, and the recipient may be subject to its own legal or regulatory obligations (including HIPAA, GDPR) to retain such information and make such information available to patients, governmental authorities and others as required by applicable law or regulation.

Purpose of Services. Both parties agree services provided under this Contract funded with Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Program funds, including the Statewide Strategic Use Funds shall be provided for the following Federal purpose(s) of the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Program:
1. Assisting needy families so that children can be care for in their own homes
2. Reducing the dependency of needy parents by promoting job preparation, work and marriage
3. Preventing unplanned and teen pregnancies
4. Encouraging the formation and maintenance of two parent families, and
Purpose of Services. The Services to be provided by Means pursuant to this Agreement are intended to facilitate WNDW’s achievement of the Goals; without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Means will assist WNDW in with those matters specified in Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and Section 3.

Purpose of Services. 4.1) The building maintenance activities regulated by this Contract have the purpose of providing mechanical and operational support for the following systems and their requirements as indicated in Article 3 of this Contract and in the technical specifications attached (exhibit no.1):
a) the activities of facility management and maintenance of the property;
b) for the elevator system and dumbwaiter to operate properly, and in the event of malfunction, manage the repair in a timely manner;
c) for the HVAC system and boiler system to operate properly and adequately, and in the event of malfunction, manage the repair in a timely manner;
d) for the electrical system, in general, including the generators and the MT/BT cabinets to operate properly and safely; routine testing of the emergency lights, fire alarm systems, to meet the NEC and the District of Columbia laws and regulations, and in the event of malfunction, manage the repair in a timely manner;
e) for landscaping, care of the lawn and of all the other plants;
f) for the water-sanitation system, requirements related to the normal conditions of use.
Purpose of Services. The Services performed by Intertek for the Customer and the measurements, laboratory data, calculations, estimates, notes and other documents provided by Intertek, together with status summaries, or any other communications describing the results of any Services, or element thereof, (herein collectively referred to as “Report(s)”) are based upon samples drawn by, or submitted to, Intertek and limited to measurement procedures dictated by the Customer and are not necessarily designed or intended to address all matters of quality or condition of any goods or cargo. Reports are based, and the work conducted, under the Customer's specific instructions, and there may be other relevant information not requested nor reported. The Customer undertakes that if it provides any Intertek Report to any other party (whether or not with the express or implied authorization of Intertek) the Customer shall draw the attention of such other party to the foregoing. Further the Customer acknowledges that Intertek does not, either by entering into a contract or by performing work or Services, assume, abridge, abrogate or undertake to discharge any duty of the Customer to any other person, including without limitation any obligation of the Customer to deliver goods of a certain quality or condition under any contract of sale.
