Accumulated Sick Leave Benefits. (a) Full-time employees shall accumulate sick leave credits at the rate of four (4) hours for each month of employment up to a maximum of two hundred eight (208) hours. Effective January 1st, 1990 notwithstanding the foregoing, an employee shall not accumulate sick leave credits during any month that they are absent due to non- occupational sickness or accident. Credits shall commence to accumulate from date of full-time employment, but can only be applied after completion of a three (3) month full-time employment eligibility period. Xxxx leave pay will only be paid for the first, second, or third working day of any illness to which sick leave credits apply.

  • Accumulated Sick Leave ‌ The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.
