ADA Coordinator. CCCOE will designate at least one employee at the Xxxx X. Xxxxx Juvenile Hall as responsible for coordinating ADA compliance (“ADA Coordinator”). This person will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the ADA generally and for investigating and responding to any ADA complaints.
ADA Coordinator. Within three (3) months of the effective date of this Agreement, the County will appoint or hire one or more ADA Coordinator(s). The ADA Coordinator(s) will coordinate the County’s effort to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under the ADA, including any investigation of complaint communicated to it alleging its noncompliance with title II or alleging any actions that would be prohibited under title II. The County will make available to all interested individuals the name(s), office address(es), and telephone number(s) of the ADA Coordinator(s).
ADA Coordinator. 11. The Denver ADA Coordinator will coordinate Denver’s efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under this Agreement and the ADA, including any investigation of ADA-related complaints with the assistance of various departmental ADA liaisons. Denver will make available to all interested individuals the name, office address, and telephone number of the ADA Coordinator. Denver will maintain an ADA Coordinator for the term of this Agreement. If Denver changes who it appoints as ADA Coordinator, it will notify the United States in writing, and update the name and contact information anywhere it appears, within one (1) day of making such a change. The ADA Coordinator shall be knowledgeable about the terms of this Agreement, including the provisions that relate to the ADA. Denver’s Web Accessibility Coordinator shall be knowledgeable about the terms of this agreement that relate to website accessibility.
ADA Coordinator. Effective immediately, PPD will designate at least one employee to coordinate its efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under the ADA and this Agreement (ADA Coordinator for Law Enforcement).1 The duties of the ADA Coordinator for Law Enforcement will include investigation of any complaint communicated to PPD alleging its noncompliance with, or alleging any actions that would be prohibited by, the ADA or this Agreement. PPD will post the name, office address, email address and telephone number of the employee or employees designated pursuant to this Paragraph on its website as well as in places open to the public, as specified in Paragraph 8. See 28 C.F.R. § 35.107(a). PPD will maintain an ADA Coordinator for Law Enforcement for the term of this Agreement. If PPD changes its ADA Coordinator for Law Enforcement, it will notify the United States in writing, and update the name and contact information anywhere it appears, within five (5) days of making such a change.
ADA Coordinator. The Settlement Coordinator position is in addition 27 to, not a replacement for, the City’s current Section 504/ADA Coordinator, who 28 generally performs the functions set out in 24 C.F.R. § 8.53(a) and 28 C.F.R.

ADA Coordinator. Within five business days following the effective date of this Second Settlement Agreement, YSI shall appoint an employee at each facility, and for each after care program to serve as an ADA Coordinator to deal with and address ADA compliance matters at each such facility or program. The ADA Coordinator at each such facility or program shall be knowledgeable regarding the ADA and will coordinate the provision of appropriate auxiliary aids and services to persons who are deaf or hard of hearing at each such facility or program. The ADA Coordinator at each such facility and for each aftercare program shall coordinate with outside service providers the provision of auxiliary aids and services and coordinate training sessions as set forth in Paragraph 19.16, below. The ADA Coordinator shall also serve as a resource to other YSI employees on ADA matters. An ADA Coordinator shall be in place at Headquarters, each facility, and for each after care program for the duration of this Second Settlement Agreement. Within five business days following the effective date of this Second Settlement Agreement, YSI also shall appoint an employee at its headquarters to serve as the ADA Coordinator for YSI. The ADA Coordinator at Headquarters shall likewise be knowledgeable regarding the ADA and shall be responsible for coordinating compliance with this Agreement and the reporting of compliance with this Agreement. The corporate ADA Coordinator shall also serve as a resource to other YSI employees on ADA matters.
ADA Coordinator. XXXX has represented that it has an ADA Coordinator at SLO Jail. SLOC shall continue to designate at least one employee at SLO Jail to serve as the facility’s ADA Coordinator. The ADA Coordinator will coordinate SLO Xxxx’s efforts to comply with and carry out SLOC’s responsibilities under Title II of the ADA and this Agreement. Within 90 days after the Effective Date, SLOC shall ensure that the ADA Coordinator has the training necessary to ensure that he or she is fully knowledgeable about the requirements of the ADA and the statute’s implementing regulations, including the legal rights of inmates with disabilities. This training shall include, but is not limited to, the ADA’s program access requirements, removing barriers to access, implementing an ADA grievance procedure, and making reasonable modifications to policies, practices, and procedures for individuals with disabilities. The training will also include an overview of the spectrum of various disabilities and the spectrum of appropriate accommodations or reasonable modifications that may be required for such individuals in a custodial setting, recognizing that an individual assessment is required to determine the specific modification to be provided for a particular individual. Further, SLOC shall ensure that the ADA Coordinator attends at least eight (8) hours of training per year on ADA requirements and new developments.
ADA Coordinator. The University shall designate an ADA Coordinator, who shall have primary authority and responsibility for ensuring that the University meets the terms of this Agreement and the requirements of the ADA. See 28 C.F.R. § 35.107(a). The ADA Coordinator and at least two employees from the facilities department shall undergo additional training on the accessibility requirements set forth in the title II regulations and the ADA Standards by no later than three months after the effective date of this Agreement. That training shall be of sufficient quality and duration to enable each of them to achieve a thorough understanding of the requirements of title II of the ADA, the regulation, and the Standards. In addition, all University employees or staff involved in disability access issues, including relevant employees or staff in the Office of Services for Students with Disabilities, or who are or may be responsible for implementing any aspect of this Agreement, shall receive training on the requirements of title II of the ADA within six months of the entry of this Agreement. ADA Coordinator. Within forty five (45) days of the Effective Date, LCSO shall designate one LCSO employee as the ADA Coordinator, to serve as the primary point of contact for the LCSO's efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title II of the ADA and this Agreement. The duties of the ADA Coordinator will include the investigation of any complaint communicated to the LCSO, and/or any processs initiated under the Grievance Procedures alleging its noncompliance with, or conduct prohibited by, Title II or this Agreement. The ADA Coordinator shall be the LCSO's primary point of contact for other issues arising under the ADA. The ADA Coordinator will report directly to the Sheriff. The LCSO shall provide the ADA Coordinator with sufficient authority and resources to perform the tasks required by this Agreement, including coordinating requests for accommodations, including auxiliary aids and services, from persons with disabilities. 28 C.F.R. § 35.
