The Limited Warranty extends only in regard to the original purchase and is not transferable to anyone who obtains ownership of the Product, or vehicle on which the Product is installed, from the End-User. This Limited Warranty applies only to the Products expressly described in this document. An eligible Product must be purchased new and used only on the vehicle upon which it was originally installed. Product installed on a vehicle used for racing, aircraft/aviation applications, marine applications, off-road recreation or competition purposes, or in applications not referenced in product or vehicle catalogues are excluded from this Limited Warranty. Satisfactory proof of the date of purchase of the Product from the End-User, together with proof date of installation must be provided to avail of this Limited Warranty. If there is no proof indicating the purchase date, the manufacture date shall be considered as the beginning of the Guarantee Term or Warranty Term.
Additional Eligibility Requirements. In addition to the basic eligibility requirements in Section 2.2.A., above, a Member must meet the additional eligibility requirements that are listed in the Group Contract Application. The Group is required to administer these requirements in strict accordance with the terms that have been agreed to and cannot change the requirements or make an exception unless CareFirst approves them in advance, in writing.

In addition to any other eligibility criteria provided for in the Plan, the Company may require that the Team Member execute a separate document agreeing to the terms of a current arbitration agreement and/or a current ARCIPD, each in a form acceptable to the Company and/or that the Team Member be in compliance with the ARCIPD throughout the entire Restriction Period and through the date the RSU is to be granted or settled. If such separate documents are required by the Company and the Team Member does not accept them within 75 days of the Grant Date or such other date as of which the Company shall require in its discretion, this RSU shall be canceled and the Team Member shall have no further rights under this Grant Agreement.
Additional Eligibility Requirements. Employees who are on visiting appointments, temporary appointments or who have received notice of non-reappointment or dismissal or who have resigned with an effective date occurring prior to the effective date of the salary increase described herein are not eligible to receive the increase described in Article 23.1A, and 23.1B and 23.1C. Further, any employee not employed by the University as of May 1, 2008 2009 is not eligible to receive the increases described in Article 23.1A, 23.1B and 23.1C, and 23.1D.
