Administrative Salaries. 1. Administrative Salaries. (1) Maximum differentials, type of contract, and holiday and vacation allowances for administrative positions covered by this Agreement as set forth in Appendix C. Administrators entitled to hold harmless benefits are set forth in Appendix A.
Administrative Salaries. The Dexter Board of Education recognizes that the administrative team provides a service to the district above and beyond and that the board recognizes that the administrators of the district are entitled to compensation apart from compensation and benefits negotiated by the other district unions. The Dexter Board of Education extends this negotiated agreement with the administrative team for four three years commencing July 1, 2000 2002 and ending June 30, 2003 2006. This agreement is designed to provide competitive salaries for all the district administrators, to encourage stability, and to attract top qualified administrators. The Board of Education provides a systematic procedure in which internal and external salaries may become competitive. The procedure provides steady, fair and realistic growth in relation to surrounding districts. It recognizes the internal growth of the Dexter district and allows salaries and benefits to grow in conjunction with the district growth.
Administrative Salaries. The index for principals’ and assistant principals’ salaries will be determined by the tier level. The Administrative Pay Scale will be published with the Teacher Salary Schedule in the Educational Agreement. A list of administrators’ placement on the salary schedule (including grade, step and annual salaries) shall be provided to the MNEA upon request. The Board agrees to work closely with the MNEA president to resolve all identified administrative salary overpayments. Administrative Salaries. (1) Appendix A The salaries for members of the Bargaining Unit are set forth in Appendix “A” which is attached hereto and made part hereof. Unless otherwise agreed to, negotiated pay increases for full year Administrators are to be effective as of July 1 of any year.
