Annual Assignment. 71 (a) Communication of Assignment. Employees shall be apprised in writing, at the 72 beginning of their employment and each year of employment thereafter, of the assignment 73 of effort expected in teaching, research and other creative activities, public service, and of 74 any other specific duties assigned for that year.

Faculty will be apprised in writing, at the beginning of their employment and at the beginning of each year of employment thereafter, of the expectations related to teaching, scholarly and creative projects, and service for that year. The District retains the right to reduce the work year for curriculum specialist back to 184 days as program needs dictate.
