Annual Issue. 4 items of employee's choice : shirts or reflective T-shirts (long or short sleeve) and/or work trousers - 1 pair regular overalls - 1 sweatshirt, design at the discretion of the Corporation d.4 First Year - of issue the employee will receive 3 shirts and 3 pair of work trousers. e)
Annual Issue. LACMTA will pay a shoe and uniform allowance in the amount of fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00) to each eligible full time employee on the employee’s anniversary date each year, until the LACMTA implements a new voucher purchasing system. Purchases of the prescribed shoes and uniform shall be made at the supplier(s) designated by LACMTA. Employees will be required to wear and properly maintain prescribed uniforms while on duty. When it is implemented the shoe and uniform voucher shall be provided in the amount of $1,500 each year to each eligible full time employee on the employee’s anniversary date. The shoe and uniform allowance or voucher shall not be paid or provided to an employee who has not performed service for the LACMTA, as covered by this contract, since his/her previous anniversary date. No shoe and uniform allowance or voucher shall be paid or provided to an employee who leaves the service of LACMTA prior to his/her next anniversary date.
