Annual Performance Review Meeting. Upon receipt of the Contractor’s annual report, the City shall schedule an annual meeting with the Contractor. The objectives of this annual meeting will include (but not be limited to): 1. Review Contractor’s annual program and material report. 2. Review efforts the Contractor has made to expand Recyclable markets (Recycling only). 3. Review Contractor’s performance based on feedback from Customers to City staff. 4. Review Contractor’s promptness and accurateness in responding to City staff and Customers. 5. Review Contractor’s recommendations for improvements to the City’s program, including enhanced public education and other opportunities. 6. Review City staff recommendations for improving the Contractor’s service. 7. Discuss other opportunities for improvement with the remaining years under the current Contract. 8. Review Contractor’s annual progress on reducing greenhouse gas emissions from its activities under this Contract. 9. Review of Contractor’s annual processing facilities report (or subcontractor’s report) to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (Recycling only), and the Minnesota Department of Revenue (pursuant to M.S. 297h.06 Subd. 2.5), (Recycling only).

Annual Performance Review Meeting. Summative evaluations: p Prior to finalizing Annual Performance Reviewthe summative evaluation, the supervisor evaluator and employee shall meet to discuss the evaluation. Summative evaluations shall only reflect criteria that is relevant to the employee's position. Following such meeting, the employee will be given a copy of the final summative evaluation prepared by the evaluator. Before copies are forwarded to the Superintendent and placed in the personnel file, the employee shall have the right to append a rebuttal. The forms will then be signed by the employee and forwarded to the Superintendent/SAU. If the employee is dissatisfied with the evaluation, he or she may request additional conference time. After conferencing with the employee, summative evaluationAnnual Performance Review scores and comments may be adjusted to reflect the employee's feedback. Such signature shall indicate only that the summative evaluation has been read by the employee and in no way indicates agreement with the contents thereof.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • Performance Reviews The Employee will be provided with a written performance appraisal at least once per year and said appraisal will be reviewed at which time all aspects of the assessment can be fully discussed.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.

  • Performance Meetings During a meeting on performance, the parties will: (a) discuss the causes of a Performance Factor; (b) discuss the impact of a Performance Factor on the local health system and the risk resulting from non-performance; and (c) determine the steps to be taken to remedy or mitigate the impact of the Performance Factor (the “Performance Improvement Process”).

  • SCHEDULE FOR PERFORMANCE REVIEWS 7.1 The performance of the Employee in relation to his performance agreement shall be reviewed for the following quarters with the understanding that the reviews in the first and the third quarter may be verbal if performance is satisfactory:

  • Annual Performance Bonus During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in the STIP, with such opportunities as may be determined by the Chief Executive Officer in his sole discretion (“Target Bonuses”), and as may be increased (but not decreased, except for across-the-board reductions generally applicable to the Company’s senior executives) from time to time, and the Executive shall be entitled to receive full payment of any award under the STIP, determined pursuant to the STIP (a “Bonus Award”).

  • Annual Performance Evaluation On either a fiscal year or calendar year basis, (consistently applied from year to year), the Bank shall conduct an annual evaluation of Executive’s performance. The annual performance evaluation proceedings shall be included in the minutes of the Board meeting that next follows such annual performance review.
