Annual Report Format. The draft annual report will include:  A summary of management activities conducted during the reported year.  A summary of activities and results of monitoring conducted during the reported year.  A list of expenditures incurred by the Decaying and Legacy Wood Plan budget during the reported year.  A summary of any issues or concerns regarding Decaying and Legacy Wood Plan implementation raised by Puget Sound Energy or other members of the TRIG during the reported year.  Any modifications to the Decaying and Legacy Wood Plan adopted by the TRIG.

The Forest shall also submit a narrative explaining anything unusual found in the tabular data, and may also submit a copy of its LMP Monitoring Report to meet the Section 110 Monitoring Plan reporting requirement. The Forest shall also submit a summary, listing accomplishments toward its Section 110 Plan goals, which may be similar to its budgetary accomplishment reports (PAR, CTA, GPRA, etc.) with accompanying discussion as needed. The Region shall compile the Forest data and submit it to the SHPO by March 15 each year.
Annual Report Format. The draft report will include:  A summary of the artificial nest structure inspection conducted during the reporting period.  A summary of maintenance conducted on artificial nest structures.  A summary of osprey nesting activity and productivity for the reporting period.  A summary of issues or concerns regarding Osprey Nest Structure Management Plan implementation raised by Puget Sound Energy or other members of the TRIG during the reported year.  Any proposed modifications or adaptive management to the Osprey Nest Structure Management Plan adopted by the TRIG.  A schedule for management actions proposed for the next reporting period.
Annual Report Format. The annual report may include:  A summary of activities including platform maintenance or modifications.  Monitoring methodology (type of survey, frequency of surveys, sample survey sheets), data collected (date of survey, weather conditions, platform conditions, loon observations, etc.) and results (nesting attempts, nesting activity, and nest productivity).  A list of expenditures incurred by the loon nest platform budget for the reported year.  A summary of any issues or concerns raised by PSE or other members of the TRIG regarding loon nest platform implementation for the reported year.  Any proposed modifications to the plan.

Please make a report to the TRIG of the effectiveness of the access restriction devices in the Annual Report.   • Annual Reports Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the last day of each fiscal year of Holdings commencing with the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018 (but one hundred fifty (150) days for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018), a copy of the consolidated balance sheet of Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of the last day of the fiscal year then ended and the consolidated statements of income and cash flows of Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries for the fiscal year then ended, and accompanying notes thereto, each in reasonable detail showing in comparative form the figures for the previous fiscal year (starting with the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019) accompanied in the case of the consolidated financial statements by an opinion of an independent public accounting firm of recognized national standing or other accounting firm selected by the Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent (which opinion shall be unqualified as to scope, subject to the proviso below) to the effect that the consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with GAAP and present fairly in all material respects the consolidated financial condition and results of operations and cash flows of Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of the close of and for such fiscal year; provided that such financial statements shall not contain a “going concern” qualification or statement, except to the extent that such a “going concern” qualification or statement relates to (A) the report and opinion accompanying the financial statements for the fiscal year ending immediately prior to the stated final maturity date of the Loans, Permitted Pari Passu Refinancing Debt, Permitted Unsecured Refinancing Debt or Permitted Junior Refinancing Debt and which qualification or statement is solely a consequence of such impending stated final maturity date or (B) any potential inability to satisfy the Financial Covenants, or any financial covenant under any other Indebtedness on a future date or in a future period; in each case, such financial statements shall be accompanied by a customary management discussion and analysis of the financial performance of Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries;

  • Annual Report Within 90 days after each April 15, starting in the year after the Closing Date, the Indenture Trustee will prepare and mail to each Noteholder a report dated as of April 15 of the applicable year that complies with Section 313(a) of the TIA, if the report is required under Section 313(a) of the TIA.   • Current Report on Form 8-K The Company shall, on the date hereof, retain its independent registered public accounting firm to audit the balance sheet of the Company as of the Closing Date (the “Audited Balance Sheet”) reflecting the receipt by the Company of the proceeds of the Offering on the Closing Date. As soon as the Audited Balance Sheet becomes available, the Company shall promptly, but not later than four business days after the Closing Date, file a Current Report on Form 8-K with the Commission, which Current Report shall contain the Company’s Audited Balance Sheet. Additionally, upon the Company’s receipt of the proceeds from the exercise of all or any portion of the option provided for in Section 2(b) hereof, the Company shall promptly, but not later than four business days after the receipt of such proceeds, file a Current Report on Form 8-K with the Commission, which report shall disclose the Company’s sale of the Option Units and its receipt of the proceeds therefrom, unless the receipt of such proceeds are reflected in the Current Report on Form 8-K referenced in the immediately prior sentence.
