Annual Service Fees. Payment to the ESCO for Annual Services performed after the Certificate of Project Acceptance shall be made by the ISSUER pursuant to and in accordance with Schedule O.
Annual Service Fees. Our service and management fee is an annual percentage of funds under our advice. The tiers of funds under advice are listed below. Annual Service Fees. Annual Service Fees for each Service Area are monthly recurring services Fees, consisting of the sum of monthly Management Fees and monthly Baseline Fees, multiplied by twelve (12).
Annual Service Fees. Unlimited service and support during your first year with the program are included in your purchase price. Thereafter, Service Fees are billed annually. After two (2) years, BS&A Software reserves the right to increase the Annual Service Fee by no more than the yearly Consumers Price Index (CPI). Our support staff is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Eastern). The average response time is less than 15 minutes; 95% of our support requests are answered in under 30 minutes. We do not have a voicemail service; calls are queued and taken in the order received. Support via email, fax, or remote assistance is also available. Email support requests can be initiated directly from within any BS&A application. With your annual support agreement, there is no limit on the amount of times you contact us. If you require occasional support assistance outside the normal business hours, arrangements can be made. BS&A’s toll-free number is (855) BSA-SOFT. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Eastern).
Annual Service Fees. The Company agrees to pay the fees for each term set forth by CPDN and may be amended from time to time. Such fees shall be net of all taxes that the Company is required by law to withhold and remit to a taxing authority. In addition to fees and charges under this Agreement, the Company is responsible for all taxes, which CPDN is required by law to collect. Unless otherwise specified, all fees exclude GST/HST and any other applicable federal and provincial taxes and duties (which must be paid by the Company).
Annual Service Fees. The Parties hereby agree that the Annual Service Fees for 2004 of this Agreement shall be as specified in Schedule E. The Annual Service Fees for subsequent calendar years will be based on the estimated Baseline volumes and Forecasted Monthly Usage for that calendar year as calculated against the Annual Service Fees specified in Schedule E. Except for ODCS: (1), within thirty (30) calendar days prior to the end of the calendar year, Investors will determine, in its sole discretion, the Baseline volumes for the following calendar year so long as those changes fall within the established “Baseline Floor” and “Baseline Ceiling” (as those terms are defined in Schedule E) for that year, and (2) for changes that are in excess of that year’s Baseline Floor and Baseline Ceiling, Investors must give Provider no less than ninety (90) calendar days notice of the Baseline volumes for the following calendar year. For ODCS, Investors may adjust its Forecasted Monthly Usage per Schedule E, Section.2.4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the calendar year, the Annual Service Fees will be subject to adjustment for changes limited to the unit rate changes specified in Section 6.1.4 (Add Charges), Section 6.1.6 (Delete Credits), and Section 6.1.8 (Monthly Usage Charge) of this Agreement. Further, the Annual Service Fees set forth in Schedule E will be subject to the ECA adjustments, if any, as specified in Schedule E. On a monthly basis, Provider shall report to Investors the Annual Service Fees incurred to-date during each calendar year and the amount of Fees projected to be incurred in the remaining months of the calendar year. In addition, Provider’s monthly invoices shall specify adjustments to the Monthly Usage Charges, Add Charges and/or Delete Credits applied to the monthly portion of the Annual Service Fees being invoiced. If either Provider or Investors reasonably determine, based upon such monthly report, that the Annual Service Fees that would be payable are likely to exceed Annual Service Fees prior to the end of the relevant calendar year, the parties shall cooperate to make adjustments to the Services or Annual Service Fees in accordance with Schedule E.
Annual Service Fees. Client shall pay INFLCR an Annual Service Fee beginning on the Launch Date for the license, hosting, and support services listed in Section 1. Client’s Annual Service Fee shall be $30,000 for the Initial Term of this Agreement with a payment of $30,000 due by September 19, 2019 for a period of service from Aug. 19, 2019 through Aug. 18, 2020. INFLCR accounts will be provided for each of the client’s participating teams. INFLCR shall invoice Client thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of each Renewal Term for the Annual Service Fee of the applicable Renewal Term. Client shall pay such invoice within thirty (30) days.
