Application For and Usage of Personal Leave Days. All members of the bargaining unit may apply for and be granted personal leave with full pay up to a maximum of four (4) days. The maximum number of days granted for one occasion will be three (3) days, except for funeral leave. In cases of sickness or illness of the immediate family, additional days may be granted beyond the three (3) day period, up to the four (4) day maximum, based upon the documented merits of each individual case. In cases of funeral leave, up to four (4) days may be used.
