Unsuccessful candidates will be offered a counseling session with the interviewing Nurse Manager or Department Head as applicable to discuss how such candidate may strengthen his/her position as a candidate for a future opening. All efforts shall be made to fill positions from within. All vacant positions from each Site shall be included in the Hospital Center Nursing Newsletter. The Hospital Center shall prepare on a biweekly basis a list of all vacant and available positions. Such list shall be available to any employee.
