Appropriate Workplace Behaviour. (a) The parties are committed to achieving and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, free from inappropriate workplace behaviour, discrimination and bullying.
(b) The employer will take all reasonably practicable steps to:
(i) xxxxxx a culture of respect in the workplace; and
(ii) ensure employees are treated appropriately and not subject to inappropriate workplace behaviour and bullying. The employer is committed to improving the work health and safety of all employees.
Appropriate Workplace Behaviour. 10.1 All parties to this Agreement are committed to achieving and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, free from inappropriate workplace behaviour, bullying and discrimination and will take all reasonably practical steps to:
(a) xxxxxx a culture of respect in the workplace;
(b) ensure employees are treated appropriately and not subject to bullying, harassment or discrimination; and
(c) xxxxxx a culture that supports diversity and inclusion where all employees feel respected, valued, inspired engaged and have a sense of belonging.
10.2 An employee who is aggrieved by their treatment in employment may seek a review under section 59 of the PSEM Act.
Appropriate Workplace Behaviour. 61.1 The Commissioner, CEOs and employees to this Agreement are committed to achieving and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, free from inappropriate workplace behaviour and bullying and will take all reasonably practicable steps to:

(b) ensure employees are treated appropriately and not subject to bullying.
61.2 An employee who is aggrieved by their treatment in employment may seek a review under section 59 of the PSEM Act.

Appropriate Workplace Behaviour. 10.2.1 The parties agree that they will aim to:
(a) Actively promote positive communication and respect for all people in the workplace and the right to an environment that is governed by appropriate workplace behaviour.
(b) Promote the establishment of documented processes within the workplace to achieve a positive approach to behaviour management and consistent and sound approach to addressing appropriate behaviour.
(c) Such processes should address the training and education needs to all employees to ensure a universal understanding of what constitutes appropriate and inappropriate behaviour. This must include an understanding of the principles of natural justice and protection and support mechanisms for the “victims” of inappropriate behaviour.
(d) On a continuous basis, monitor workplace relations to ensure that policies, principles and processes that ensure appropriate behaviour are adhered to and that appropriate behaviour in the workplace is the outcome of those activities.
Appropriate Workplace Behaviour. 16.1 As an equal employment opportunity employer, we acknowledge that all staff members have the right to work without any unlawful behaviour including sexual harassment or discrimination. We all have a responsibility to help prevent all forms of unlawful harassment or discrimination and must comply with relevant State and federal legislation prohibiting it.
16.2 You must ensure that you maintain appropriate behaviour at all times, at least within the office and outside the office when representing Company business. You should also assist any other staff member (including any senior manager) deal with any possible inappropriate workplace behaviour by following any of Company procedures and policies.

16.2 An employee who is aggrieved by his or her treatment in employment may seek a review under section 59 of the PSEM Act. Part 3 Employment Arrangements 17 Current Aboriginal Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander Health Practitioner (ATP) Classification As at 1 January 2020 the new Aboriginal Health Practitioner (AHP) classification structure will be introduced. The old Structure of Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander Health Practitioner (ATP) will no longer be valid for new employees. Employees currently on the ATP classification structure will transition to the new structure as per clause
Appropriate Workplace Behaviour. A new clause that combines both previous clauses 11 (Anti-Discrimination) and 59 (Preventing Harassment and Bullying in the Workplace) and incorporates both the inappropriate behaviour anti bullying provisions.
Appropriate Workplace Behaviour. Changed the title of current clause 20 for a shorter heading that is in line with Employment Instruction 13 (Appropriate Workplace Behaviour) which also applies in these matters. The existing provision re- worded to reflect not just the CEO but ‘all parties’ will take all reasonably practicable steps to xxxxxx a culture of respect in the workplace and ensure employees are treated appropriately and not subject to bullying.
