ARTICLE NO STRIKES NO LOCKOUTS. In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, there shall be no strikes, picketing, slowdown or stoppage of work either complete or partial and the Employer agrees that there shall be no lockout. The words "strike" and "lockout" in this Agreement shall mean "strike" and "
ARTICLE NO STRIKES NO LOCKOUTS. During the lifetime of this Agreement, the Union agrees that there will be no strikes, and the Employer agrees that there will be no lockouts.
ARTICLE NO STRIKES NO LOCKOUTS. There shall be no strikes or lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The terms and shall be as defined in the Labour Relations Act of the Province of Ontario and amendments thereto. The Association further agrees that it will not involve any nurse of the Employer during working hours, or the Employer itself, in any dispute which may arise between any other Employer and the nurses of such other Employer.
ARTICLE NO STRIKES NO LOCKOUTS. During the life of this Agreement, the parties agree that there shall be no strikes or lockouts as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act. ARTICLE SENIORITY Seniority is defined as the length of continuous service in The Leeds and County Board of Education and its predecessor Boards of Education and shall be used as a factor in lay-off, recall, and demotion of employees, as set in other provisions of this Collective Agreement. Seniority shall operate on a bargaining unit wide basis, within the seniority list to which each employee belongs.
ARTICLE NO STRIKES NO LOCKOUTS. The Employer shall have the right to discharge or otherwise discipline nurses who take part in or instigate any strike, picketing, stoppage or slowdown, but a claim of unjust discharge or treatment may be the subject of a grievance and dealt with as provided in Article Should the Association that a cessation of work constitutes a lockout, it may take the matter up with the Employer as provided in Step No. of Article The Association further agrees that it will not involve any nurse of the Employer during working hours, or the Employer, itself, in any dispute which may arise between any other employer and the nurses of such other employer.

The Union further agrees that it will not involve the Employer either directly or indirectly in any dispute which may arise between any other and the employees of such other employer. ARTICLE REST PE There shall be a ten minute rest period in the forenoon and a ten minute rest period in the afternoon for all employees at times to be designated by the Employer.
ARTICLE NO STRIKES NO LOCKOUTS. In view of the procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances the Union agrees that there will be no strike and Goodwill agrees that there will be no lockout during the term of the Agreement. The "strike" and "lockout" shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Labour Relations Act (Ontario).
ARTICLE NO STRIKES NO LOCKOUTS. The Board agrees that during the term of this Agreement there will be no lockout and the Union agrees that there will be no strike. Strike and lockout shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
ARTICLE NO STRIKES NO LOCKOUTS. The Union agrees that neither the Union nor its officers, nor its members shall in any way authorize, encourage or participate in any strike, work stoppage, slow down or any act of similar nature which would interfere with, limit or impede production during the term of this Agreement. The Company agrees that there shall be no lockout of employees during the term of this Agreement.
ARTICLE NO STRIKES NO LOCKOUTS. There shall be no strikes or lockouts as long as this Agreement continues to operate.
