Auxiliary and Temporary Full. Time Employees who acquire seniority pursuant to Clause 12 of the Collective Agreement shall be entitled to use their accumulated seniority for the purposes of distinguishing between equivalently qualified applicants to posted positions in accordance with Clause 11.3(a) of the Collective Agreement.
Auxiliary and Temporary Full. Time Employees who have acquired seniority and leave service for reasons other than termination for cause shall be reinstated on the Seniority List if they are re-employed within one (1) year from the date of leaving. An employee who is re-employed after a break of greater than one (1) year shall be considered a new employee.
