Background Check Requirement. The Employer is within their right to conduct a background check as a condition of employment, including continued employment. Such background checks are not limited to criminal, sex offender registry, social security number trace, and any other background check requirement specific to the job duties, which may be required by another agency including but not limited to: Department of Children and Family Services, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, etc. Employer may conduct background check for cause as determined by the Employer.

Background Check Requirement. Once a candidate has been identified to fill a specific requirement and prior to any offer thereto being unconditional, Force 3 shall perform a background check to include criminal, sex offender, social security verification as well as employment verification checks. Background Check Requirement. Contractor shall perform security clearance background checks on its officers, agents, employees, or others under its direction or control assigned to have regular interaction with any of the following: (a) students, (b) employees, (c) money, (d) sensitive or confidential data, or (e) access to the State Entity’s premises. State Entity reserves the right to require additional background checks be made on any of the Contractor’s officers, agents, or employees assigned to have access to the State Entity’s premises. The Contractor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless State Entity for its failure to obtain appropriate security clearance background checks in accordance with this provision. Contractor maintains full responsibility for the actions of it and its employees and will be fully responsible for enforcing and implementing an appropriate background check requirement which conforms to state, federal, and local laws, and the guidelines of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia. The Contractor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the State Entity and the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia and its affiliate entities for the actions of Contractor’s employees. The Contractor will review the results of the background checks. State Entity shall not receive the results of the background checks, but only individuals that have passed such background check should be assigned by Contractor to work on campus-related projects.

To complete my background check, I will input package code cu35ma in the Place Order section on the home screen and follow all steps as indicated. I understand that the initial price of the background check is $62.00 and will not be reimbursed or paid for by the University. The University reserves the right to end the volunteer relationship should the results of my background investigation not be successful.

  • Background Check The Department or Customer may require the Contractor to conduct background checks of its employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors as directed by the Department or Customer. The cost of the background checks will be borne by the Contractor. The Department or Customer may require the Contractor to exclude the Contractor’s employees, agents, representatives, or subcontractors based on the background check results. In addition, the Contractor must ensure that all persons have a responsibility to self-report to the Contractor within three (3) calendar days any arrest for any disqualifying offense. The Company has not received notice from DTC to the effect that a suspension of, or restriction on, accepting additional deposits of the Common Stock, electronic trading or book-entry services by DTC with respect to the Common Stock is being imposed or is contemplated.
