Long-Term Substitutes: Also included in the bargaining unit are long-term 429 substitute teachers. The term “long term substitute” shall mean any substitute 430 teacher who has worked thirty (30) or more seven-and three-quarters (7 ¾) hour 431 days for the District as a substitute teacher during the current or immediately 432 preceding calendar year, and who continues to be available for employment, and 433 any substitute teacher who replaces an employee(s) for twenty (20) or more 434 consecutive days.   • Bargaining Unit Information The Employer agrees to provide the Union such information relating to Employees in the bargaining unit as may be required by the Union for the purpose of collective bargaining.
