Benefits for Employees Working Less Than Full Time. For a teacher working less than full time but more than or equal to a half time, the School Corporation's obligation to make a contribution towards insurance premium shall be as listed elsewhere in this section. For a teacher working less than a half time, the School Corporation's contribution towards medical, vision, and dental insurance premiums shall be made on a pro rata basis equivalent to the fraction of the day or contractual year in which they work.
