BEREAVEMENTLEAVE. Section 30.1 Employees covered under this Agreement shall be entitled to twenty-four (24) hours of bereavement pay per payroll year for the death of a member of the employee's immediate family. As used in this Article, "immediate family" shall include husbands, wives, children, parents, grandchildren, grandparents, great-grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, mothers-in law, fathers-in-law, brothers-in-law,sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters- in-law, grandparents-in-law, and persons acting, or who have acted, in loco parentis to the employee. The term "children," as used in this Article, shall include xxxxxx children residing in the employee's household at the time of the death, natural children, adopted children, and step- children.
