BOARD/ASSOCIATION CONSULTATION. E.25.1 Although Board Policy which is related to the conditions of employment and benefits provided for the teaching staff is not part of the agreement, a summary of such policies shall be prepared for the convenience of all teachers.
BOARD/ASSOCIATION CONSULTATION. The School Board shall consult with the exclusive representative on construction programs, renovation of classroom facilities, or major revisions of education policy, which are proposed or under consideration and the exclusive representative may be given oppor- tunity to advise the School Board with respect to said matters prior to their adoption and/or general publication.
