Bridging Documents. The documents included in the Design Criteria Package as defined in Texas Government Code Section 2269.358.
Bridging Documents. Upon written authorization from the District to proceed with the Bridging Documents Phase, based upon accepted deliverables from the preceding phase, the Bridging Architect shall perform Bridging Document Phase Services for District as follows: Bridging Architect shall assemble the approved Schematic Design Documents including drawings, Performance Standards, outline specifications and Basis of Design into a comprehensive package. Provide drawings, outline specifications and other documents that indicate the scope of work included in the bid package with sufficient detail to enable preparation of an accurate proposal by Proposing Design-Build Team and which will guide the Design-Build Entity to design and construct the Project. Included, but not limited to the following, descriptions of minimum requirements for a Bridging Documents submittal, which shall be augmented as necessary to show design intent.
Bridging Documents. Produce required documents for giving uniform quantitative and qualitative information & direction to DBE teams to establish Bid Pricing (GMP). Information also required for establishing accurate cost estimates prior to issuing. Bridging Documents. The Final review will only require electronic comments from the client. Those comments will be reviewed and incorporated into the Bid Package set.

  • Existing Documents The Contractor has reviewed and taken into consideration the Bidding Documents in preparing his bid.

  • Financing Documents As of the Closing Date, Project Lender and the applicable City Bodies shall have approved the form and substance of the Multi-Party Agreement, the Project Loan Documents, and any additional documents relating to the Project Loan. On the Closing Date, the Project Loan shall be closed and, in connection therewith, the Multi-Party Agreement, the Project Loan Documents, and any additional documents relating thereto shall be fully executed by all parties thereto.

  • Supporting Documents The Agent shall have received for each of the Borrower and the Guarantors: (i) a copy of such entity's certificate of incorporation, as amended, certified as of a recent date by the Secretary of State of the state of its incorporation; (ii) a certificate of such Secretary of State, dated as of a recent date, as to the good standing of and payment of taxes by that entity and as to the charter documents on file in the office of such Secretary of State; and (iii) a certificate of the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of that entity dated the date of the initial Loans or the initial Letter of Credit hereunder, whichever first occurs, and certifying (A) that attached thereto is a true and complete copy of the by-laws of that entity as in effect on the date of such certification, (B) that attached thereto is a true and complete copy of resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of that entity authorizing the Borrowings and Letter of Credit extensions hereunder, the execution, delivery and performance in accordance with their respective terms of this Agreement, the Loan Documents and any other documents required or contemplated hereunder or thereunder and the granting of the security interest in the Letter of Credit Account and other Liens contemplated hereby, (C) that the certificate of incorporation of that entity has not been amended since the date of the last amendment thereto indicated on the certificate of the Secretary of State furnished pursuant to clause (i) above and (D) as to the incumbency and specimen signature of each officer of that entity executing this Agreement and the Loan Documents or any other document delivered by it in connection herewith or therewith (such certificate to contain a certification by another officer of that entity as to the incumbency and signature of the officer signing the certificate referred to in this clause (iii)).

  • Senior Loan Documents The executed Senior Loan Documents are the same forms as approved by HUD prior to the date of this Agreement. Upon execution and delivery of the Senior Loan Documents, Borrower shall deliver to Subordinate Lender an executed copy of each of the Senior Loan Documents, certified to be true, correct and complete.

  • Closing Documentation (a) At Closing, Seller shall execute and deliver to Buyer the following documents in the forms attached hereto as Exhibits C through H: (i) a special warranty deed (the “Deed”) conveying to Buyer fee simple title to the Land and Improvements, free and clear of all liens, charges and encumbrances, except: (A) ad valorem real property taxes for the calendar year of sale, to the extent not yet due and payable (to be prorated as of the Closing Date), (B) the rights of Buyer as tenant under the Lease (which tenancy shall be deemed merged into Buyer’s fee title), and (C) such other matters as are approved by Buyer, or not objected to in a timely manner under Paragraph 7 (collectively, the “Permitted Encumbrances”); (ii) a xxxx of sale by which Seller transfers to Buyer the FF&E (the “Xxxx of Sale”); (iii) a general assignment of the Contracts, Licenses and Warranties, to the extent the same may be assignable (the “General Assignment”) (provided that Seller shall cooperate with Buyer to obtain the benefit of any Contracts, Licenses and Warranties which are not assignable); (iv) a settlement statement (the “Settlement Statement”) reflecting any applicable adjustments to the Purchase Price and the appropriate receipts and disbursements on behalf of the Parties; (v) an owner’s affidavit in form reasonably acceptable to Buyer and the Title Company (defined in Paragraph 7) affirming that there are no outstanding possessory rights, liens or rights to claim liens against the Property, except for the Permitted Encumbrances, and any other certificates or affidavits reasonably required by the Title Company; (vi) a certificate confirming that Seller is not a “foreign person” within the meaning of the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act, and containing information necessary to complete an IRS Form 1099; (vii) a closing certificate from Seller certifying that all of the representations and warranties contained in Paragraph 12(a) of this Agreement are true and correct as of the Closing Date; and (viii) documents evidencing the due organization and valid existence of Seller and the authority of the designated representative of Seller to execute and deliver the closing documents. (b) At Closing, Buyer shall execute and deliver to Seller: (i) the General Assignment; (ii) the Settlement Statement; (iii) a statement from Buyer certifying that all of the representations and warranties contained in Paragraph 12(b) of this Agreement are true and correct as of the Closing Date; and (iv) documents evidencing the due organization and valid existence of Buyer and the authority of the designated representative of Buyer to execute and deliver the closing documents.

  • Furnishing Documents The Indenture Trustee shall furnish to Noteholders, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, copies of the Pooling Agreement, the Trust Sale Agreement, the Administration Agreement, the Custodian Agreement, the Trust Agreement, the Indenture and this Agreement.

  • Credit Documents Administrative Agent shall have received sufficient copies of each Credit Document originally executed and delivered by each applicable Credit Party for each Lender.
