Bring Your Own Device. State Street shall ensure security controls, including, mobile device management (MDM), remote wipe capabilities and encryption must be in place if Client Data can be stored, accessed, transmitted to or from, or used on a personal device. State Street must have policies to ensure State Street personnel maintain the security of these devices.

DST shall ensure security controls, including, mobile device management (MDM), virtual sandbox, remote wipe capabilities and encryption must be in place if Fund Confidential Information can be stored, accessed, transmitted to or from, or used on a personal device. DST must have policies to ensure DST personnel maintain the security of these devices including requirements around timely updating and patching, password management, current anti-virus/anti-malware and prevention of “jailbreaking” or “rooting” personal devices.
Bring Your Own Device. For your device to be eligible, it must be a compatible device without a lock on your device from your current carrier (“Carrier Lock”). Carrier Locks may be in place if you still owe money to the carrier from whom you purchased your device. For Patriot Mobile to activate your current device with your Number on the Patriot Mobile network, we will need the current account number and PIN where you had cellular service prior to activating with Patriot Mobile. If you have a balance due to your current carrier, you may not be able to port your existing number until that balance is paid in full.
Bring Your Own Device. A student may bring his/her own iPad to school if he/she chooses not to use a District-provided iPad. In this case, to receive District-provided iOS apps, the student must enroll his/her personal device in the District Mobile Device Management System. Bring Your Own Device. You hereby represent and warrant that we are authorized to access all devices, peripherals and/or computer processing units, including mobile devices (such as notebook computers, smart phones and tablet computers) that are connected to the Environment (collectively, “Devices”), regardless of whether such Devices are owned, leased or otherwise controlled by you. Unless otherwise stated in a SOW, Devices will not receive or benefit from the Services while the devices are detached from, or unconnected to, the Environment. Client is strongly advised to refrain from connecting Devices to the Environment where such devices are not previously known to us and are not expressly covered under a managed service plan from us (“Unknown Devices”). We will not be responsible for the diagnosis or remediation of any issues in the Environment caused by the connection or use of Unknown Devices in the Environment, and we will not be obligated to provide the Services to any Unknown Devices.

Students will be required to download a modified image for themselves. They will have access to DET software, such as Microsoft Office through an online Software Centre.
