Calculation of Parental Leave. 6.11.4.1 The 12-workweek period shall be reduced by any period of sick leave, including accumulated sick leave, taken during a period of Parental Leave.
6.11.4.2 A unit member shall not be provided more than one 12-week period of Parental Leave per 12-month period. If a school year terminates before the 12-workweek period of Parental Leave is exhausted, the unit member may take the balance of the 12-workweek period in the subsequent school year as long as all 12-workweeks of Parental Leave are used within 12-months of the birth, adoption, or xxxxxx care placement of a child.
6.11.4.3 The aggregate amount of parental leave taken pursuant to this Section and Section 12945.2 of the Government Code shall not exceed 12 workweeks in a 12-month period.
6.11.4.4 Parental leave shall run concurrently with all other paid and unpaid leaves.
Calculation of Parental Leave. 1287 For the purposes of this Section 11.9, the following shall apply: 1288 11.9.
3.1 The 12-work week period shall be reduced by any 1289 period of sick leave, including accumulated sick leave 1290 taken during a period of parental leave pursuant to 1291 Government Code 12945.2. Calculation of Parental Leave. Pursuant to California Education Code Section 44977.5, an eligible employee will only be provided one 12-workweek period for parental leave in which differential leave may be used. If the school year ends before this 12-workweek period is exhausted, the employee may take the balance of the twelve-weeks of differential pay in the subsequent school year if the employee chooses to continue his or her parental leave.

Calculation of Parental Leave. 2061 For the purposes of this Section 16.6, the following shall apply: 2063 sick leave, including accumulated sick leave taken during a 2064 period a parental leave pursuant to Government Code 2065 Section 12945.2. The 12-work week period of parental 2066 leave differential pay runs concurrently with any 2067 entitlement to unpaid leave for this purpose under 2068 Government Code Section 12945.2, and the aggregate 2069 amount of parental leave taken pursuant to this section 2070 16.6.4 and Government Code Section 12945.2 shall not 2071 exceed 12 work weeks in a 12-month period.

9.12.4.1 The 12-week period shall be reduced by any period of sick leave, including accumulated sick leave, taken during a period of parental leave pursuant to Government Code section 12945.2 and Article 9.11 if the unit member qualifies for such leave.
9.12.4.2 For unit members who have not worked 1,250 hours during the previous 12-month period, but otherwise meet the requirements of Government Code section 12945.2(a) and Article 9.11.1, the 12-week period shall be reduced by any period of sick leave, including accumulated sick leave, taken during a period of parental leave.
9.12.4.3 A unit member shall not be provided more than one 12-week period per parental leave. If a school year terminates before the 12-week period is exhausted, however, the unit member may take the balance of the 12-week period in the subsequent school year.
9.12.4.4 The aggregate amount of parental leave taken pursuant to this Section and Section 12945.2 of the Government Code shall not exceed 12 workweeks in a 12-month period.
9.12.4.5 Parental leave taken pursuant to this Section shall run concurrently with parental leave taken pursuant to Government Code section 12945.2 and Article 9.11.
9.12.4.6 One 12-Week Leave Period Both Parents Employed by The District. When both spouses (registered domestic partners) of the child are employed by the District, and are eligible for leave under this Section, consistent with Article 9.11.6, the spouses (or registered domestic partners) will be limited to a total of 12 workweeks leave between the two of them.
Calculation of Parental Leave. 1896 For the purposes of this Section 16.5, the following shall apply: 1897 16.
5.4.1 The 12-week period shall be reduced by any period of sick 1898 leave, including accumulated sick leave taking during a 1899 period a parental leave pursuant to Government Code 1900 Section 12945.2:

13.19.4.3 A unit member shall not be provided more than one 12-week period per parental leave. If a school year terminates before the 12-week period is exhausted, however, the unit member may take the balance of the 12-week period in the subsequent school year.
13.19.4.4 The aggregate amount of parental leave taken pursuant to this Section and Section 12945.2 of the Government Code shall not exceed 12 workweeks in a 12-month period.
13.19.4.5 Parental leave taken pursuant to this Section shall run concurrently with parental leave taken pursuant to Government Code section 12945.2 and Article 13.15.
