Work on Day Off Full-time nurses called in on their regularly scheduled day off shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1½x) times the regular rate of pay for the hours worked.
Holidays on Day Off When any of the above noted holidays fall on an employee's scheduled day off for those employees who work other than the normal work week, Monday to Friday, inclusive, the employee shall receive another day off with pay at a time mutually agreed upon between the employee and the Employer.
Call-In Time 16.01 All employees called in, and who report for work shall, if requested to work less than four (4) hours, shall receive four (4) hours pay at their regular hourly rate.
Call-In A regular part-time or casual employee reporting to work at the call of the Employer for unscheduled work, except those on-call or on a call-back, shall be paid for all hours worked with a minimum of two (2) hours pay at their regular rate if the employee does not commence work, and a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the regular rate if the employee commences work.
Day not a Business Day If any day on or before which any action or notice is required to be taken or given hereunder is not a Business Day, then such action or notice shall be required to be taken or given on or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.
Holiday Coinciding with a Day of Vacation Where an employee is on vacation leave and a day of paid holiday falls within that period, the paid holiday shall not count as a day of vacation.
