Holidays on Day Off. When any of the above-noted holidays fall on an employee’s scheduled day off, the employee shall receive another day off with pay at a time mutually agreed upon between the employee and the Board.
Holidays on Day Off. When any of the above holidays fall on an employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall be paid in cash for the holiday at the discretion of the Appointing Authority. If the Appointing Authority does not choose to pay the holiday hours in cash, the employee may choose to receive the holiday hours as vacation or compensatory time. (The employee must be eligible to accrue and use vacation under the provisions of Article 8 in order to choose to receive payment as vacation.)
Holidays on Day Off. When a holiday falls on a scheduled day off, the scheduled work day before or after the holiday at the discretion of the Employer or its designees shall be the holiday unless other arrangements are agreed to between the Employer or its designees and the employee.
Holidays on Day Off. When any of the above holidays fall on a nurse's regularly scheduled day off, the nurse shall, at the nurse’s discretion, be compensated in cash, vacation or compensatory time.

Whenever a holiday will fall on an employees scheduled day off, the last normal workday before the holiday or the first normal workday following the holiday (whichever is closer) will be designated as the holiday. Whenever the holiday falls equally between workdays, the last workday before the holiday will be designated as the holiday.

When any of the above holidays fall on a nurse's regularly scheduled day off, the nurse shall be granted an alternate holiday within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of the holiday. The supervisor and the nurse shall make an effort to agree to the date of the alternate holiday. If there is no agreement as to the date of the alternate holiday between the Appointing Authority and the nurse, the Appointing Authority shall select one
Holidays on Day Off. When any of the above-noted holidays falls on an employee's scheduled day off, the employee shall receive another day off with pay immediately following their two (2) consecutive days of rest. Notwithstanding the provisions contained above, the General Holiday(s) shall be observed in three (3) consecutive days or four (4) consecutive days where applicable. Such observance shall commence on a normal Saturday.

When any of the above noted holidays fall on an employee’s scheduled day off, the employee shall receive another day off with pay within sixty (60) days after the holiday except at Christmas and New Years at a time mutually agreed upon between the employee and the Employer. In the event that a day within sixty (60) days cannot be mutually agreed upon then the Employer may pay the employee the holiday pay to which they are otherwise entitled in the pay period in which this obligation arises, in the alternative to scheduling another day off with pay.

When any of the holidays referred to in Section 15.02 fall on an Employee’s scheduled day off, for those Employees who work other than the normal week (Monday to Friday inclusive), the Employee shall receive their first regular scheduled work day off with pay unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Employer and the Employee, except Employees in Recreation and Culture, the Wastewater Treatment Plant, the RCMP Detachment and the Fire Hall, who may be required to work the first working day when a statutory holiday falls on their scheduled day off, if operationally necessary at the Employer’s discretion.
